- Instruction: In the book of Balad Amin, it is reported that Salman the Persian, may Allah be pleased with him, said: Any servant who repeats the following doxology 3 times in the morning, Almighty Allah will most surely fend off 70 kinds of afflictions, the easiest of which is distress, from him…
- Instruction (Urdu): بلد الامین میں سلمان فارسیؒ سے روا يت کی گئی ہے کہ جو شخص وقت صبح کو ديکھے اور ۳ مرتبہ يہ کہے تو حق تعالیٰ اس سے ۷۰ بلائيں دور کرے گا جن میں سب سے کم تر رنج و غم کا دور کرنا ہے۔۔۔

- Arabic: اَلْحَمْدُ لِلهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ اَلْحَمْدُ لِلهِ حَمْدًا كَثِيْرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيْهِ۔
- Transliteration: AL-HAMDO LILLAA-HE RABBIL ‘AA-LAMEE-NA AL-HAMDO LILLAA-HE HAMDAN KASEE-RAN TAIYYE-BAN MOBAA-RAKAN FEEHE.
- English: All praise is for Allah, the Lord of the worlds. All praise is for Allah—abundant, pure, and blessed praise.
- Urdu: حمد الله کے ليے ہے جو جہانوں کا رب ہے حمد الله کے ليے ہے بہت زياده حمد پاک و پاکيزه بابرکت حمد۔
