- Instruction: Imam Reza (a) narrates on the authority of the Holy Prophet (s) that he (s) said: Whomever Allah, the High, has bestowed a blessing should praise Allah, the High. Whoever receives his share of daily sustenance with hardship should ask Allah for forgiveness. Whoever is saddened by something should say…
- Instruction (Urdu): امام رضاؑ نے روایت کی ہے کہ حضرت رسول خداؐ فرماتے ہیں: جس کسی کو اللہ تعالی نے اپنی نعمت سے نوازا ہے، اسے چاہیے کہ وہ اللہ تعالی کی حمد و شکر بجا لائے۔ جس کسی کو اُس کے روزانہ کے رزق حاصل کرنے میں پریشانی ہوتی ہو تو اسے چاہیے کہ وہ اللہ تعالی سے طلب مغفرت کرے اور جو کوئی کسی چیز سے غم زدہ ہو تو وہ اِس طرح سے کہے۔۔۔

- Arabic: لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ۔
- Transliteration: LAA HAWLA WA LAA QUWWATA ILLAA BILLAAH.
- English: There is neither might nor power except with Allah.
- Urdu: نہیں کوئی طاقت و قوت مگر اللہ سے۔
