- Instruction: Zakariyya ibn Adam, who used to serve Imam Reza (a) in Khorasan, said: ‘One day Imam Reza (a) said to me: O Zakariya. I answered: At your service, O son of the Messenger of Allah. - Instruction (Urdu): زکریا ابن آدم، جو خراسان میں امام رضاؑ کی خدمت کرتے تھے، فرماتے ہیں: ایک دن امام رضاؑ نے مجھ سے فرمایا: اے زکریا! میں نے کہا: حاضر ہوں اے فرزند رسول خداؐ۔ امامؑ نے فرمایا: اس ذکر کو پڑھو، انشاء اللہ! تمہیں ہر بیماری سے شفا ملے گی۔۔۔

- Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
- Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM
- English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
- Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

- Arabic: يَا مُنْزِلَ الشِّفَاءِ وَمُذْهِبَ الدَّاءِ اَنْزِلْ عَلٰى وَجَعِيَ الشِّفَاءِ۔
- Transliteration: YAA MUNZE-LASH SHEFAA-E WA MUZHE-BAD DAA-E ANZIL A’LAA WAJA-E’YASH SHEFAA-E.
- English: O Bestower of healing and Remover of illness, send down healing for my ailment.
- Urdu: اے شفا کو نازل کرنے والے اور بیماریوں کو دور کرنے والے، میری بیماری کے لئے شفا کو نازل فرما۔

- Arabic: اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
- Transliteration: ALLAHUMMA SWALLE ALAA MUHAMMADIW WA AALE MUHAMMADIN
- English: Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
- Urdu: اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
