- Instruction: Hasan ibn Ali ibn Yaqtin reports from Imam Reza (a) who said: This is an invocation for our Shiahs for Tuberculosis. Say it 3 times, and Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, will protect you with His Might and Power, if He, the Exalted, wills…
- Instruction (Urdu): حسن ابن علی ابن یقطین، امام رضاؑ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ امامؑ نے فرمایا: یہ ہمارے شیعوں کے لئے ٹی بی سے شفاء کی دعا ہے، اس کو ۳ مرتبہ پڑھیں تو اللہ تعالی اس بیماری سے تمہاری حفاظت کرے گا، انشاءاللہ۔۔۔

- Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
- Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM
- English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
- Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

- Arabic: يَا اَللهُ يَا رَبَّ الْاَرْبَابِ وَيَا سَيِّدَ السَّادَاتِ وَيَا اِلٰهَ الْاٰلِهَةِ وَيَا مَلِكَ الْمُلُوْكِ وَيَا جَبَّارَ السَّمٰوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضِ اِشْفِنِيْ وَعَافِنِيْ مِنْ دَائِيْ هٰذَا فَاِنِّيْ عَبْدُكَ وَابْنُ عَبْدِكَ اَتَقَلَّبُ فِيْ قَبْضَتِكَ وَنَاصِيَتِيْ بِيَدِكَ۔
- Transliteration: YAA ALLAAHO YAA RABBAL ARBAABE WA YAA SAYYEDAS SAADAATE WA YAA ELAAHAL AALEHATE WA YAA MALEKAL MOLOOKE WA YAA JABBARAS SAMAAWAATE WAL ARZE ISHFENEEE WA A’AFENEE MIN DAA-EE HAAZAA FA-INNEE A’BDOKA WABNO A’BDEKA ATAQALLABO FEE QABZATEKA WA NAASEYATEE BE-YADEKA.
- English: O Allah! O Lord of the lords, O Master of the masters, O God of the gods, O King of the kings, O Omnipotent of the heavens and the earth. Heal me and cure me of this disease of mine, for I am Your servant and the son of Your servant. I turn about in Your grasp and my forelock is in Your Hand.
- Urdu: اے اللہ! اے تمام ربّوں کے رب! اے سب سرداروں کے سردار! اے سب معبودوں کے معبود! اے تمام بادشاہوں کے بادشاہ! اے آسمانوں اور زمین کے زبردست (قادرِ مطلق)! مجھے شفا دے، اور اس بیماری سے عافیت دے۔ بے شک میں تیرا بندہ ہوں اور تیرے بندے کا بیٹا ہوں۔ میں تیرے اختیار میں ہوں، اور میری پیشانی (میری لگام / میرا معاملہ) تیرے ہاتھ میں ہے۔

- Arabic: اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
- Transliteration: ALLAHUMMA SWALLE ALAA MUHAMMADIW WA AALE MUHAMMADIN
- English: Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
- Urdu: اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
