- Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
- Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM
- English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
- Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

- Arabic: بِسْمِ اللهِ دَوَاءٌ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ شِفَاۗءٌ، وَلَاۗ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ كِفَاۗءٌ، هُوَ الشَّافِيْ شِفَاۗءٌ، وَهُوَ الْكَافِيْ كِفَاۗءٌ، اَذْهِبِ الْبَاْسَ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ، شِفَاۗءٌ لَايُغَادِرُهٗ سُقْمٌ، وَصَلَّى اللهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِهِ النُّجَبَاۗءِ۔
- Transliteration: BISMILLAAHE DAWAAA-MOON, WAL HAMDO LILLAAHE SHEFAAA-OON, WA LAA ILAAHA ILLAL-LAAHO KEFAAA-OON, HOWASH-FEE SHEFAAA-OON LAA YO-GHAADE-ROHU SUQMOON, WA SALAL-LAAHO A’LAA MOHAMMADINW WA AALE-HIN NOJA-BAAA-E.
- English: By the name of Allah which is medication, praise be to Allah which is cure and there is no god except Allah, the Sufficient, He is the Cure of the cures, He is the adequate of all Sufficient, suffering should quit with the permission of the Lord of men, and grant medication that is not accompany with illness and may Your blessing be on Muhammad and on his superior families.
- Urdu: بسم اللہ دوا ہے، الحمد للہ شفا ہے، لااِلٰہ اِلّا اللہ کافی ہے وہ مکمل شفا دینے والا ہے، وہ مجھے بالکل کافی ہے، تجھے لوگوں کے پروردگار کا واسطہ مجھے ایسی شفا عطا فرما کہ جس کے بعد کوئی بیماری نہ ہو، محمدؐ اور ان کے شریف و نجیب خاندان پر درود بھیج۔

- Arabic: اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
- Transliteration: ALLAHUMMA SWALLE ALAA MUHAMMADIW WA AALE MUHAMMADIN
- English: Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
- Urdu: اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
