# Dua at the time of Loneliness-2

- Instruction: It is reported that whoever spends a night alone in a house or in a room, should recite [Aayatul Kursi](https://fzic.org/library/quran/aayatul-kursi-1188) and say this supplicatory prayer…
- Instruction (Urdu): جو شخص کسی مکان یا کمرے میں  رات کو تنہا سوتا ہو تو ضروری ہے کہ وہ  [آیت الکرسی](https://fzic.org/library/quran/aayatul-kursi-1188) کے بعد یہ دعا پڑ ھا کرے۔۔۔

- Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
- Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM
- English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
- Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

- Arabic: اَللّٰھُمَّ آنِسْ وَحْشَتِیْ وَآمِنْ رَوْعَتِیْ وَاَعِنِّیْ عَلٰی وَحْدَتِیْ۔
- Transliteration: ALLAAHUMMA AANIS WAH-SHATEE WA AAMIN RAW’ATEE WA A’INNEE ‘ALAA WAH-DATEE.
- English: O Allah, (please) entertain my loneliness, secure my dread, and help me against my being alone.
- Urdu: اے معبود!  تو تنہا ئی میں  میرا رفیق بن اور میرا خوف دور کر دے اور اس تنہائی میں  میری مدد فر ما۔

- Arabic: اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
- Transliteration: ALLAHUMMA SWALLE ALAA MUHAMMADIW WA AALE MUHAMMADIN
- English: Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
- Urdu: اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
