- Instruction: Imam Baqir (a) is reported to have said: When Imam Ali (a) was ailed, the Holy Prophet (s) came to him and advised him to say this supplicatory prayer…
- Instruction (Urdu): امام محمد باقر  ؑ سے مروی ہے :حضرت امیر المومنینؑ بیمار ہوئے تو رسول خدا  ؐ ان کی احوال پرسی کے لیے تشریف لا ئے اور فرمایا:  اے علیؑ !یہ دعا پڑھو۔۔۔

- Arabic: اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَسْئَلُكَ تَعْجِيْلِ عَافَيْتُكَ وَصَبْرًا عَلٰى بَلِيَّتُكَ، وَخُرُوْجَا اِلٰى رَحْمَتُكَ۔‏
- Transliteration: ALLAAHUMMA INNEE AS-ALOKA TA’JEELE ‘AA-FAIY-TOKA WA SABRAN ‘ALAA BALIY-YATO-KA, WA KHO-ROOJAA ILAA RAH-MATOK.
- English: O Allah, I beseech You for haste of Your healing, endurance of Your tribulation, and exit to Your mercy.
- Urdu: اے معبود! تجھ سے مانگتا ہوں تیری طرف سے جلد صحت تیری طرف سے آئی مصیبت پر صبر اور تیری رحمت کی طرف جا نے کی توفیق۔
