- Instruction: Imam Sadiq (a) is reported to have advised of the following: You may put your hand on the ailed organ and repeat this supplicatory prayer 3 times…
- Instruction (Urdu): امام جعفر صادق  ؑ فرماتے ہیں : درد کی جگہ پر ہاتھ رکھ کر ۳ مرتبہ یہ دعا پڑھو۔۔۔

- Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
- Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM
- English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
- Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

- Arabic: اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَسْئَلُكَ بِحَقِّ الْقُرْآنِ الْعَظِيْمِ، الَّذِىْ نَزَلَ بِهِ الرُّوْحُ الْاَمِيْنِ، وَهُوَ عِنْدَكَ فِىْ‏ اَمُّ الْكِتَابُ عَلَىِّ حَكِيْمُ، اِنْ تَشْفَيْنِىْ بِشَفَاۗئِكَ وَتَدَا وَيْنِىْ بِدَاوَاۗئِكَ، وَتَعَافَيْنِىْ مِنْ بَلَاۗئِكَ وَتُصَلِّيَ عَلٰي مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
- Transliteration: ALLAAHUMMA INNEE AS-ALOKA BE-HAQQIL QURAA-NIL ‘AZEE-MIL LAZEE NAZALA BE-HIR ROOHUL AMEENE, WA HOWA ‘INDA-KA FEE AMMUL KITAABO ‘ALAIY-YE HAKEEMO, IN TASH-FAIY-NEE BE-SHAFAAA-E-KA WA TADAA WAI-NEE BE-DAAWA-AAA-E-KA, WA TA’AA-FAIY-NEE MIN BALAAA-E-KA WA TO SALLE-YA ‘ALAA MOHAMMADIW WA AALE MUHAMMAD.
- English: O Allah, I beseech You in the name of the Great Qur'an with which the Faithful Spirit has descended and which is with You in the Mother of the Book is elevated and full of wisdom, to cure me with Your cure, medicate me with Your medicine, heal me from Your tribulation, and bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
- Urdu: اے معبود! میں  تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں قرآن عظیم کے حق کا وا سطہ دے کر کہ جس کو لے کر رو ح الامین نازل ہوتے رہے اور تیرے یہا ں دفتر کل مو جو د ہے بلند مر تبہ حکمت و ا لا ہے یہ کہ تو مجھے اپنی طرف سے شفا دے اور دوا سے میری چارہ گری فرما اور اپنی بلاؤں سے محفوظ  رکھ۔

- Arabic: اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
- Transliteration: ALLAHUMMA SWALLE ALAA MUHAMMADIW WA AALE MUHAMMADIN
- English: Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
- Urdu: اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
