- Instruction: Imam Sadiq (a) is also reported to have advised of saying this supplicatory prayer…
- Instruction (Urdu): امام جعفر صادق  ؑ ہی کے بارے میں  منقول ہے کہ آپ یہ دعا کیا کرتے تھے۔۔۔

- Arabic: اِرْحَمْنِىْ مِمَّا لَاطَاقَةَ لِىْ بِهٖ وَلَاصَبْرَ لِىْ عَلَيْهِ۔
- Transliteration: IR-HAM-NEE MIMMAA LAA TAAQATA LEE BEHI WA LAA SABRA LEE ‘ALAIY-HE.
- English: (Please) have mercy upon me against what I am too feeble to do and what I am too impatient to stand.
- Urdu: رحم کر مجھ پر ان تکلیفوں میں  جن کے لیے مجھ میں طاقت ہے نہ صبر کی قوت۔
