### Dua of Imam Sajjad (a) in prostration by Imam Mahdi (a).

- Instruction: (In the continuation of the previous narration) Abu Naeem (Ansari) said: That person stood up and engaged himself in circumambulation, and we stood up again in his honor. On the next day, at the same time, he arrived again and we stood for honoring him just like the past few days and honored him; amidst the gathering, he looked towards his right and left, then said: Imam Ali bin Husain (a), while prostrating in this place, indicating towards the stone which was besides the downpipe, used to say…
- Instruction (Urdu): ابو نعیم کہتاہے دوسرے دن اسی وقت حضرت تشریف لے آئے اور ہم نے پہلے دن کی طرح ان کا استقبال کیا اور وہ درمیان میں بیٹھے بائیں دائیں توجہ کی اور فرمایا حضرت علی بن الحسین سید العابدین نے اس مکان میں اپنے ہاتھ سے حجر الاسود کے پرنالہ کی طرف اشارہ کیا اور سجدہ میں اس طرح فرماتے تھے۔۔۔

- Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
- Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM
- English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
- Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

- Arabic: عَیْدُكَ بِفِنَائِكَ، (فَقِیْرُكَ بِفِنَائِكَ) مِسْكِیْنُكَ بِبَابِكَ، اَسْاَلُكَ مَا لَا یَقْدِرُ عَلَیْهِ سِوَاكَ۔
- Transliteration: SORRY NOT AVAILABLE
- English: Your lowly servant has arrived at Your Vicinity, (Your indigent as has arrived at Your Vicinity), Your destitute has arrived at Your door, I ask You for all that none has power over it save You.
- Urdu: تیرا بندہ (عبد) تیرے آستانے (صحن) میں ہے، (تیرا فقیر تیرے آستانے میں ہے)، تیرا مسکین تیرے در پر ہے۔ میں تجھ سے وہ چیز مانگتا ہوں جس پر تیرے سوا کوئی قادر نہیں۔

- Arabic: اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
- Transliteration: ALLAHUMMA SWALLE ALAA MUHAMMADIW WA AALE MUHAMMADIN
- English: Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
- Urdu: اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔

- Instruction: He looked again towards his right and left, then looked at Mohammad bin Qasim Alavi and said: O Mohammad bin Qasim! You are on the right path, if Allah wills. Then he stood up and got engaged in circumambulation. Each one of us memorized the supplications he narrated for us but all of us forgot about talking with respect to him between our gatherings, except the last day. Mahmood said to us: O friends! Do you recognize this man? We said: No. He said: I swear to God, he is the Master of Time (a). We said: O Abu Ali! How did you reach this conclusion? He said that from a long period of time, he remained there and supplicated to Allah requesting Him to show Imam Mahdi (a) to him, and he continued this for seven years. (He added): In the evening of the day of Arafa, I saw this very person reciting a supplication. I asked him: from whom did you learn this supplication? He said: From the people. I asked him: From which people, Arabs or non-Arabs? He said: Arabs. I asked: From which tribe of Arabs? He said: From the most respected and noble tribe. I asked: What is your intention? He said: Bani Hashim. I asked: Which individual from Bani Hashim? He said: From the most respected and dignified one. I asked: Which one of them? He said: One who beheaded the infidels and delivered food to the poor, and used to rise for prayer at midnights, when all the people were fast asleep. From his words, I understood that he is from the Progeny of Ali (a) and therefore, I began to love him, but while he was standing in front of me, I lost him. I couldn’t understand if he was raised towards the Heavens or entered beneath the Earth. I asked the people who were around him: Do you recognize this Alavi man? They said: Yes, he comes here every year on his feet and performs pilgrimage alongside us. I said: Glorious is Allah; I swear to Him that I did not find any sign of walking in him. Then I left for Muzdalfa, with the sorrow of being separated from him. That night, I saw the Holy Prophet (s) in my sleep and he said: Mohammad! Your significant desire has been accomplished and you have witnessed him. I asked: O my Master! Whom are you speaking about? He said: The same man whom you witnessed tonight; he was your Imam of the Time.
- Instruction (Urdu): پس اس کے بعد حضرت نے بائیں اور دائیں طرف نگاہ کی اور محمد بن قاسم علوی کو دیکھا اور فرمایا اے محمد بن قاسم! انشاء اللہ تو خیر اور نیکی پڑھے اس کے بعد اٹھا اور طواف میں مشغول ہوا جو دعائیں بھی ہمیں یاد کرائی سب کو یاد کیا اور فراموش کیا کہ اس کے بارے میں کوئی بات کرلوں سوائے آخری دن کے جب آخر روز ہوا محمد نے ہم سے کہا رفقا تم جانتے ہو کہ یہ کون ہے ہم نے کہا کہ نہیں کہا خدا کی قسم وہ صاحب الزمان ہے ہم نے کہا اے ابو علی وہ کس طرح ہے کہا تقریباً سات سال کا تھا کہ میں دعا کرتا تھا اور خداوند متعال سے چاہا کہ آخری حجت ہمیں دکھادے۔ شب عرفہ اسی شخص کو دیکھا وہ دعا پڑھ رہا تھا میں غور سے دعا کو حفظ کیا اور اس سے پوچھا کہ تم کون ہو فرمایا میں مردوں میں سے ہوں فرمایا کن لوگوں میں سے عرب ہو یا عجم؟ فرمایا کہ عرب ہوں میں نے کہا کہ عرب کے کس قبیلہ سے تعلق رکھتے ہو فرمایا ان میں سے شریف ترین عرب سے ہوں کس قبیلہ سے تعلق رکھتے ہو فرمایا بنی ہاشم سے میں نے کہا کہ بنی ہاشم میں سے کس سے تعلق رکھتے ہو فرمایا سب سے بلند ترین میں سے ہوں میں نے کہا کہ کس سے تعلق رکھتے ہو فرمایا کہ جس نے کفار کے سروں کو شگافتہ کیا اور لوگوں کو کھانا کھلا دیا اور نماز پڑھی حالانکہ لوگ سوئے ہوئے تھے میں نے سمجھا کہ وہ علوی ہے علوی ہونے کی وجہ سے اس کو دوست رکھتا ہوں پس اس کے بعد میرے سامنے سے غائب ہوئے اور میں ان کو گم کردیا ہمیں پتہ نہیں چلا کہ کہاں گئے آسمان میں چلے گئے یا زمین میں میرے اطراف میں جو تھے ان سے پوچھا اس سید علوی کو جانتے ہو انہوں نے کہا کہ کیوں نہیں وہ ہر سال ہمارے ساتھ پیادہ مکہ آتاہے۔ میں نے کہا سبھان اللہ خدا کی قسم میں نے اس کے پیادہ آنے کے آچار نہیں دیکھا اس کی جدائی کے غم نے میرے بدن کو گھیر لیا ہے اسی حالت میں مزد لفہ کی طرف چل پڑا رات کو وہیں پر سویا عالم خواب میں رسول خدا کو دیکھا فرمایا اے محمد جو کچھ تم چاہتے تھے اس کو دیکھ لیا میں نے عرض کیا اے میرے آقا وہ کون تھا فرمایا جس شخص کو تم نے کل دیکھا تھا وہ تیرا امام زمان تھا۔
