### Dua to Fend 70 kinds of Tribulations

- Instruction: Through another valid chain of authority, Imam Sadiq (a) is also reported to have said: He who repeats the following litany 100 times every day, Almighty Allah will fend off from him 70 kinds of tribulations the easiest of which is distress (or, according to another narration, he will never be afflicted by poverty)…
- Instruction (Urdu): معتبر سند کے ساتھ آپ ہی سے روايت ہے کہ جو شخص روزانہ ۱۰۰ مرتبہ یہ کہے تو خدائے تعالیٰ اس سے ۷۰ قسم کی بلائيں دور کر دے گا جن میں سب سے کم تر رنج و غم دور کر دينا ہے اور ايک دوسری روايت کے مطابق اس شخص کو فقر کبھی دامن گير نہ ہو گا۔

- Arabic: لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ۔
- Transliteration: LAA HAWLA WA LAA QUWWATA ILLAA BILLAAH.
- English: There is neither might nor power except with Allah.
- Urdu: نہیں کوئی طاقت و قوت مگر اللہ سے۔
