# Dua while Prostration

## Text

- Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
- Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM
- English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
- Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

- Arabic: اَللّٰهُمَّ ارْحَمْ ذُلِّیْ بَیْنَ یَدَیْكَ وَتَضَرُّعِیْ اِلَیْكَ وَ وَحْشَتِیْ مِنَ النَّاسِ وَاُنْسِیْ بِكَ یَا كَرِیْمُ۔
- Transliteration: ALLAAHUMMA ARHAM ZULLEE BAYNA YADAYKA WATADARRU'EE ILAYKA WA WAHSHATEE MINA AN-NAASI WAUNSEE BIKA YAA KAREEMU.
- English: O Allah! In Your presence have mercy on me upon my degradation, my helplessness, and upon the fear of people and have mercy upon my fellowship of generous one.
- Urdu: خدا وندا! اپنے حضور میں میری رسوائی اور میری عاجزی اور لوگوں سے وحشت، اور اے کریم تیری بارگاہ میں میرے انس پر رحم فرما۔

- Arabic: اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
- Transliteration: ALLAHUMMA SWALLE ALAA MUHAMMADIW WA AALE MUHAMMADIN
- English: Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
- Urdu: اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
