- Instruction: Hussain Ibn Saeed in ‘Kitaab Dua’ narrates through his own chain on the authority of Imam Reza (a) that he (a) said: “Once in the neck of one of our female servant, a scrofula appeared, and someone came to me and said, O Ali, tell her to say this statement repeatedly. The Imam (a) said, She did as she was instructed and Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Holy, removed the disease…
- Instruction (Urdu): حسین ابن سعید نے کتاب دعا میں امام رضاؑ سے روایت کی ہے کہ امامؑ نے فرمایا: ایک مرتبہ ہماری کنیز کی گردن پر تپ دق دکھائی دیا، اور کوئی آ کر مجھ سے کہنے لگا، اے علی! اُسے مسلسل یہ ذکر پڑھنے کے لئے کہو۔ امامؑ نے فرمایا: اُس نے ویسا ہی کیا جیسے اُس سے کہا گیا تھا اور اللہ تعالی نے اُسے شفاء عطا کی۔۔۔

- Arabic: يَا رَءُوْفُ يَا رَحِيْمُ يَا رَبِّ يَا سَيِّدِيْ۔
- Transliteration: YAA RAOOFO, YAA RAHEEMO, YAA RABBE, YAA SAYYADI.
- English: O Compassionate, O Merciful, O Lord, O my Master.
- Urdu: اے مہربان، اے رحیم، اے پالنے والے ، اے میرے مولا۔
