- Instruction (Urdu): اگر احتلام ہونے کا انديشہ ہوتو يہ دعا پڑھے اور سو جائے۔۔۔

- Arabic: اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّى اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْاِحْتِلَامِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ الْاَحْلَامِ وَمِنْ اَنْ يَّتَلَاعَبَ بِىَ الشَّيْطَانُ فِى الْيَقْظَةِ وَالْمَنَامِ۔
- Transliteration: ALLAAHUMMA INNEE A’OOZO BEKA MENAL EHTE-LAAME WA MIN SHARRIL AH-LAAME WA MIN AN YATALAA’ABA BE-YASH SHAI-TAANO FIL YAQ-ZATE WAL MANAAM.
- English: O Allah, I seek refuge in You from nocturnal emission (wet dreams), from the evil of dreams, and from Satan playing tricks on me while I am awake and while I am asleep.
- Urdu: اے معبود! میں تيری پناه ليتا ہوں احتلام اور برے خيالات سے اور اس بات سے کہ شيطان سوتے جاگتے میں ميری زندگی کو کھيل بنائے۔
