- Instruction: Kulayni and Ibn Baabwayh have both reported through authentic and inauthentic chains of authority that Imam Baqir (a) and Imam Sadiq (a) said, “The least acceptable supplicatory prayer to be said after obligatory prayers. According to Ibn Baabwayh’s you may begin the supplicatory prayer with the following statement…
- Instruction (Urdu): کلينیؒ اور ابن بابويہؒ نے صحيح و غير صحيح اسناد کے ساتھ امام محمد باقرؑو امام جعفر صادقؑ سے روايت کی ہے کہ نماز واجبہ کے بعد کم سے کم دُعا جو کافی ہو سکتی ہے وه يہ ہے۔ ابن بابويہؒ کی روايت کے مطابق يہ دُعايوں ہے۔۔۔

- Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
- Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM
- English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
- Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

- Arabic: اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَسْئَلُكَ مِنْ كُلِّ خَيْرٍ اَحَاطَ بِهٖ عِلْمُكَ وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَرِّ اَحَاطَ بِهٖ عِلْمُكَ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَسْئَلُكَ عَافِيَتَكَ فِىْ اُمُوْرِىْ كُلِّهَا وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ خِزْىِ الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَابِ الْآخِرَةِ۔
- Transliteration: ALLAAHUMMA SALLE ‘ALAA MOHAMMADIW WA AALE MOHAMMADIN. ALLAAHUMMA INNEE AS-ASLOKA MIN KULLE KHAIRIN A-HAATA BEHI ‘IL-MOKA WA A’OOZO BEKA MIN KULLE SHARRE A-HAATA BEHI ‘IL-MOKA. ALLAAHUMMA INNEE AS-ALOKA ‘AAFE-YATA-KA FEE OMOORI KULLE-HAA WA A’OOZO BEKA MIN KHIZ-YID DUNYAA WA ‘AZAA-BIL AAKHERAT.
- English: O Allah, I ask You for every good that Your knowledge fully encompasses, and I seek refuge in You from every evil that Your knowledge fully encompasses. O Allah, I ask You for Your protection and well-being in all of my affairs, and I seek refuge in You from disgrace in this world and the punishment of the Hereafter.
- Urdu: اے معبود!درود بھيج محمدؐ وآل محمدؑ پر ۔ اے معبود! میں  تجھ سے ہرخير کا سوال کرتا ہوں جوتيرے علم کے احاطے میں  ہے اور ہر شر سے تيری پناه ليتا ہوں جو تيرے علم کے احاطے میں  ہے اے معبود! میں اپنے تمام امور میں تجھ سے سہولت کاسوال کرتا ہوں اور دُنيا و آخرت کی ہر رسوائی سے تيری پناه طلب کرتا ہوں۔

- Arabic: اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
- Transliteration: ALLAHUMMA SWALLE ALAA MUHAMMADIW WA AALE MUHAMMADIN
- English: Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
- Urdu: اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
