- Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
- Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM
- English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
- Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

- Arabic: یَا رَبِّ وَعَظْتَنِیْ فَلَمْ اَتَّعِظْ وَزَجَرْتَنِیْ عَنْ مَحَارِمِكَ فَلَمْ اَنْزَجِرْ وَغَمَرَتْنِیْ اَیَادِیْكَ فَمَا شَكَرْتُ عَفْوَكَ عَفْوَكَ یَا كَرِیْمُ اَسْئَلُكَ الرَّاحَۃَ عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ وَاَسْئَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ عِنْدَ الْحِسَابِ۔
- Transliteration: YAA RABBI WA'AZTANEE FALAM ATTA'IZ WAZAJARTANEE 'AN MAHAARIMIKA FALAM ANZAJIR WAGHAMARATNEE AYAADEEKA FAMAA SHAKARTU 'AFWAKA 'AFWAKA YAA KAREEMU AS'ALUKA AR-RAAHATA 'INDA AL-MAWTI WAAS'ALUKA AL-'AFWA 'INDA AL-HISAABI.
- English: O Allah! You have refrained me from evil, but I did not stop. You had restricted me from prohibited things but I did not pay any heed. You covered me up in Your bounties but I never thanked You. I seek Your pardon! I seek Your pardon! O the merciful I seek satisfaction at the time of death and forgiveness at the time of accounting.
- Urdu: پروردگارا! تونے مجھے برائیوں سے روکا، مگر میں نہ رکا، مجھے اپنے حرام کردہ احکام سے باز رکھا مگر میں باز نہ آیا، تونے مجھے اپنی نعمتوں میں ڈہانپ لیا مگر میں نے شکر ادا نہ کیا، تیری معافی، تیری معافی، اے کرم کرنے والے، میں موت کے وقت سکون اور حساب کے وقت بخشش کا طلب گار ہوں۔

- Arabic: اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
- Transliteration: ALLAHUMMA SWALLE ALAA MUHAMMADIW WA AALE MUHAMMADIN
- English: Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
- Urdu: اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
