# Toothache **Urdu title:** دانت کا درد **Section:** Dua -- Fatima Zahra Imamia Centre devotional library **Page:** https://fzic.org/library/dua/toothache-3403 ## Text - Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ - Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM - English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful. - Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔ - Arabic: وَتَرَى الْجِبَالَ تَحْسَبُهَا جَامِدَةً وَّهِيَ تَمُرُّ مَرَّ السَّحَابِ صُنْعَ اللهِ الَّذِيْٓ اَتْقَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ اِنَّهٗ خَبِيْرٌۢ بِمَا تَفْعَلُوْنَ - Transliteration: WA TARAL JIBAALA TAHSABUHAA JAAMIDATANW WA HIYA TAMURRU MARRAS SAHAAB; SUN’AL LAAHIL LAZEEE ATQANA KULLA SHAI’; INNAHOO KHABEERUN BIMAA TAF’ALOON. - English: And you see the mountains, you think them to be solid, and they shall pass away as the passing away of the cloud- the handiwork of Allah Who has made everything thoroughly; surely He is Aware of what you do. - Urdu: اور تم دیکھو گے تو سمجھو گے کہ جیسے پہاڑ اپنی جگہ پر جامد (جما ہوا) ہیں حالانکہ یہ بادلوں کی طرح چل رہے ہوں گے، یہ اس خدا کی صنعت (بناوٹ) ہے جس نے ہر چیز کو محکم بنایا ہے اور وہ تمہارے تمام اعمال سے باخبر ہے۔ - Arabic: بِسْمِ اللهِ وَالشَّافِىْ اَللهُ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِىِّ الْعَظِيْمِ۔ - Transliteration: BISMILLAAHE WASH-SHAAFEE, ALLAAHO WA LAA HAWLA WA LAA QUWWATA ILLAA BILLAA-HIL A’LIYYIL A’ZEEME. - English: In the Name of Allah; the All-beneficent, the All-merciful. There is neither might nor power save with Allah, the All-high, the All-great. - Urdu: خدا کے نام کے ساتھ اور اللہ شفا دینے والا ہے اور نہیں کوئی طاقت و قوت مگر جو بلند و بزرگ خدا سے ہے۔ - Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ - Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM - English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful. - Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔ - Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ - Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM - English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful. - Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔ - Arabic: وَلَهٗ مَا سَكَنَ فِي الَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ، وَهُوَ السَّمِيْعُ الْعَلِيْمُ۔ قُلْنَا يٰنَارُ كُوْنِيْ بَرْدًا وَّسَلٰمًا عَلٰٓى اِبْرٰهِيْمَ۔ وَاَرَادُوْا بِهٖ كَيْدًا فَجَعَلْنٰهُمُ الْاَخْسَرِيْنَ۔ نُوْدِيَ اَنْۢ بُوْرِكَ مَنْ فِي النَّارِ وَمَنْ حَوْلَهَا، وَسُبْحٰنَ اللهِ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ۔ - Transliteration: WA LAHU MAA SAKANA FIL LAIYLE WAN NAHAARE, WA HOWAS SAMEE-U’L A’LEEMO. QULNAA YAA NAARO KOONEE BARDAN WA SALAAMAN A’LAA IBRAAHEEMA. WA ARAADOO BEHI KAIYDAN FAJA-A’LNAA-HOMUL AKH-SAREENA. NOO-DEYA AM-BOORE-KA MAN FIN-NAARE WA MAN HAWLA-HAA, WA SUBHAANAL LAAHE RABBIL AA’LAMEENA. - English: And to Him belongs whatever dwells in the night and the day and He is the Hearing, the Knowing. We said: O fire! Be a comfort and peace to Abraham. They desired a war on him but We made them the greatest losers. Blessed is Whoever is in the fire and whatever is about it and glory be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. - Urdu: خدا کے نام سے جو بڑا رحم والا مہربان ہے اور اسی کے لئے ہے جو رات اور دن میں ٹھہرا ہوا ہے اور وہ سننے جاننے والا ہے۔ہم نے کہا اے آگ ابراہیمؑ کے لئے ٹھنڈی اور سلامتی والی ہو جا انہوں نے اسے فریب دینا چاہا تو ہم نے ان کابرا حال کر دیا ندا ہوئی کہ بابرکت ہے وہ جو آگ میں ہے اور جو اس کے اطراف میں ہے اور پاک ہے اللہ جہانوں کا رب ہے۔ - Arabic: اَللّٰهُمَّ يَا كَافِيًا مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَلَا يَكْفٰى مِنْكَ شَيْءٌ اِكْفِ عَبْدَكَ وَابْنَ اَمَتِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا يُخَافُ وَيُحْذَرُ وَمِنْ شَرِّ الْوَجَعِ الَّذِىْ يَشْكُوْهُ اِلَيْكَ۔ - Transliteration: ALLAAHUMMA YAA KAAFEYAN MAN KULLE SHAI-IN WA LAA YAKFAA MINKA SHAI-UN IKFE A’BDAKA WABNA AMATEKA MIN SHARRE MAA YO-KHAAFO WA YOH-ZARO WA MIN SHARRIL WAJA-I’L LAZEE YASHKOO-HO ILAIKA. - English: O Allah, O He Who saves from all things while nothing can save from You, (please) save Your servant and the son of Your she-servant from the evil of what he fears and anticipates and from the evil of the ache about which he is complaining to You. - Urdu: اے معبود! اے جو ہر چیز کی نسبت کافی ہے اور کوئی چیز تیری نسبت کافی نہیں کفایت کر اپنے بندے اور اپنی کنیز کے بیٹے کی جس کے شر سے خوف کھاتا اورڈرتا ہے اور اس دردسے جس کی شکایت تجھ سے کر رہا ہے۔ - Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ - Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM - English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful. - Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔ - Arabic: بِسْمِ اللهِ وَ بِاللهِ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ وَ اِبْرٰهِيْمُ خَلِيْلُ اللهِ اُسْكُنْ بِالَّذِىْ سَكَنَ لَهٗ مَا فِى اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ بِاۗءِذْنِهٖ وَهُوَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ۔ - Transliteration: BISMILLAAHE WA BILLAAHE MOHAMMADUN RASOOLUL-LAAHE WA IBRAAHEEMO KHALEE-LUL-LAAHE USKUN BIL-LAZEE SAKANA LAHU MAA FIL-LAIYLE WAN-NAHAARE BEAA-IZNE-HI WA HOWA A’LAA KULLE SHAI-IN QADEERUN. - English: In the Name of Allah (I begin) and in Allah (I trust). Muhammad is the messenger of Allah and Abraham is the friend of Allah. Calm down in the name of the One to Whom whatsoever is in the night and day rests by His permission and He has power over all things. - Urdu: خدا کے نام سے جو بڑا رحم والا مہربان ہے خدا کے نام سے خدا کی ذات سے محمدؐ خدا کے رسولؐ ہیں اورابراہیمؑ خدا کے سچے دوست ہیں اے درد رک جا اس کے حکم سے جس کے اذن سے رات دن میں ہر چیز ٹھہری ہوئی ہے اور وہ ہر چیز پر قدرت رکھتا ہے۔ - Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ - Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM - English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful. - Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔ - Arabic: اَلْعَجَبُ كُلُّ الْعَجَبِ دُوْدَةٌ تَكُوْنُ فِى الْفَمِ تَاْكُلُ الْعَظْمَ وَتُنْزِلُ الدَّمَ اَنَا الرَّاقِىْ وَاللهُ الشَّافِىْ وَالْكَافِىْ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ۔ وَاِذْ قَتَلْتُمْ نَفْسًا فَادّٰارَءْ تُمْ فِيْهَا، وَاللهُ مُخْرِجٌ مَّا كُنْتُمْ تَكْتُمُوْنَ۔ فَقُلْنَا اضْرِبُوْهُ بِبَعْضِهَا، كَذٰلِكَ يُحْيِ اللهُ الْمَوْتٰى وَيُرِيْكُمْ اٰيٰتِهٖ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُوْنَ۔ - Transliteration: AL-A’JABO KULLUL A’JABE DOODA-TUN TAKOONO FIL FAME TAAKO-LUL A’ZMA WA TUN-ZELUD DAMA ANAR RAAQEE WALLAA-HUSH SHAA-FEE WAL KAA-FEE LAA ILAAHA ILLAL-LAAHO WAL HAMDO LILLAAHE RABBIL AA’LAMEENA. WA IZ QATAL-TUM NAFSAN FAD-DAARA TUM FEEHAA, WALLAAHO MUKHRE-JUM MAA KUNTUM TAKTO-MOONA. FA-QUL-NAZRE-BOOHO BE-BA’ZEHAA, KAZAA-LEKA YOHYIL-LAAHUL MAWTAA EA YOREE-KUM AAYAATE-HI LA-A’LLA-KUM TA’QELOONA. - English: How wonderful! It is the wonder of wonders that a worm in the mouth eats the bone and causes blood to come out. I use this amulet but Allah is the healer and the savior. There is no god save Allah. All praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. “And when you killed a man, then you disagreed with respect to that, and Allah was to bring forth that which you were going to hide. So, We said: Strike the dead body with part of the sacrificed cow. Thus Allah brings the dead to life and He shows you His signs so that you may understand.” - Urdu: خدا کے نام سے جوبڑا رحم والامہربان ہے تعجب ہے بڑا ہی تعجب ہے کہ کیڑا منہ میں وہ کھائے ہڈی کو اور نکالے خون میں دعا کرتا ہوں اور اللہ شفا دیتا ہے اور کفایت کرتا ہے نہیں کوئی معبود مگر اللہ ہے حمد ہے اللہ کے لئے جو جہانوں کا رب ہے اور جب تم نے ایک انسان کو قتل کیا تو خون گردن میں چھوڑ دیا شاید کہ تم عقل سے کام لو۔ --- Published by Fatima Zahra Imamia Centre, North Ipswich QLD, https://fzic.org.
