- Instruction: Recite the last four verses of Surah [Hashr (59:21-24)](https://fzic.org/library/quran/lau-anzalna-haazal-quran-1197) with ponderation while you are ceremonially pure after you have performed the ritual ablution (wudu’) before and after an obligatory prayer. The swelling will then vanish, Allah willing.
- Instruction (Urdu): روایت میں آیا ہے : جب بدن پر کہیں ورم آجائے توفریضہ نماز کے لئے وضو کرنے کے بعد سورۂ [حشر:۲۱۔۲۴](https://fzic.org/library/quran/lau-anzalna-haazal-quran-1197) کی آیتیں پڑھے، پھر نماز کے بعد بھی اسے پڑھے اور اس پر خوب غور کرے انشاء اللہ ورم ختم ہوجائے گا۔
