## Text

- Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
- Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM
- English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
- Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

- Arabic: اِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْوَاقِعَةُ
- Transliteration: IZAA WAQA’ATIL WAAQI’AH.
- English: When the great event comes to pass
- Urdu: جب قیامت برپا ہو گی۔

- Arabic: لَيْسَ لِوَقْعَتِهَا كَاذِبَةٌ
- Transliteration: LAISA LIWAQ’ATIHAA KAAZIBAH.
- English: There is no belying its coming to pass-
- Urdu: اور اس کے قائم ہونے میں ذرا بھی جھوٹ نہیں ہے۔

- Arabic: خَافِضَةٌ رَّافِعَةٌ
- Transliteration: KHAFIDATUR RAAFI’AH.
- English: Abasing (one party), exalting (the other)
- Urdu: وہ الٹ پلٹ کر دینے والی ہو گی۔

- Arabic: اِذَا رُجَّتِ الْاَرْضُ رَجًّا
- Transliteration: IZAA RUJJATIL ARDU RAJJAA.
- English: When the earth shall be shaken with a (severe) shaking
- Urdu: جب زمین کو زبردست جھٹکے لگیں گے۔

- Arabic: وَبُسَّتِ الْجِبَالُ بَسًّا
- Transliteration: WA BUSSATIL JIBAALU BASSAA.
- English: And the mountains shall be made to crumble with (an awful) crumbling
- Urdu: اور پہاڑ بالکل چور چور ہو جائیں گے۔

- Arabic: فَكَانَتْ هَبَاۗءً مُّنْۢبَثًّا
- Transliteration: FAKAANAT HABAAA’AM MUMBASSAA.
- English: So that they shall be as scattered dust.
- Urdu: پھر ذرّات بن کر منتشر ہو جائیں گے۔

- Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
- Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM
- English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
- Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

- Arabic: وَيَسْئَلُوْنَكَ عَنِ الْجِبَالِ فَقُلْ يَنْسِفُهَا رَبِّيْ نَسْفًا
- Transliteration: WA YAS’ALOONAKA ’ANIL JIBAALI FAQUL YANSIFUHAA RABBEE NASFAA.
- English: And they ask you about the mountains. Say: My Lord will carry them away from the roots.
- Urdu: اور یہ لوگ آپ سے پہاڑوں کے بارے میں پوچھتے ہیں کہ قیامت میں ان کا کیا ہوگا تو کہہ دیجئے کہ میرا پروردگار انہیں ریزہ ریزہ کرکے اڑادے گا۔

- Arabic: فَيَذَرُهَا قَاعًا صَفْصَفًا
- Transliteration: FA YAZARUHAA QAA’AN SAFSAFAA.
- English: Then leave it a plain, smooth level;
- Urdu: پھر زمین کو چٹیل میدان بنادے گا۔

- Arabic: لَا تَرٰى فِيْهَا عِوَجًا وَّلَآ اَمْتًا
- Transliteration: LAA TARAA FEEHAA ’IWAJANW WA LAAA AMTAA.
- English: You shall not see therein any crookedness or unevenness.
- Urdu: جس میں تم کسی طرح کی کجی ناہمواری نہ دیکھو گے۔
