Then go for Qunoot and recite… - Instruction (Urdu): نمازِ وتر کی نیت سے ایک رکعت کے لئے کھڑا ہو جائے،اس میں [سورۂ فاتحہ](https://fzic.org/library/quran/1-fateha-7-1074) کے بعد ۳ مرتبہ [سورۂ اخلاص](https://fzic.org/library/quran/112-ikhlaas-4-1185) پڑھے اور اس کے بعد [سورۂ فلق](https://fzic.org/library/quran/113-falaq-5-1186) اور [سورۂ ناس](https://fzic.org/library/quran/114-naas-6-1187) ایک ایک بار پڑھے۔ پھر قنوت کے لئے ہاتھ اٹھائے اور یہ دعا پڑھے۔۔۔ - Arabic: لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللہُ الْحَلِیْمُ الْكَرِیْمُ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللہُ الْعَلِیُّ الْعَظِیْمُ سُبْحَانَ اللہِ رَبِّ السَّمٰوٰتِ السَّبْعِ وَرَبِّ الْاَرَضِیْنَ السَّبْعِ وَمَا فِیْھِنَّ وَمَا بَیْنَھُنَّ وَمَا فَوْقَھُنَّ وَمَا تَحْتَھُنَّ وَھُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِیْمِ وَسَلَامٌ عَلَی الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلہِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِیْنَ وَصَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔ - Transliteration: LA ILAAHA ILLALLAAHUL HALIMUL KAREEM, LA ILAAHA ILLALLAAHUL ALIYYUL AZEEM, SUBHAAN ALLAHE RABBIS SAMAWAATIS SAB’E WA RABBUL ARZEENAS-SAB’E WA MAA FEE HINNA WA MAA BAINA-HUNNA WA MAA FAUKA-HUNNA WA MAA TAHTA-HUNNA RABBUL ARSHIL AZEEM WA SALAAMUN ALAL MURSALEENA WAL HAMDO LILLAAHE RABBIL AALAMEEN WA SALLALLAHO ALA MOHAMMADIW WA AALEHIT TAAHEREEN. - English: There is no god but Allah, the Forbearing, the Generous. There is no god but Allah, the High, the Great. I declare emphatically that Allah is free from imperfections, (Allah), Lord of the seven skies and Lord of the seven earths, and all that is in them and all that is between them, and Lord of the Great Throne. And all praise is for Allah, Lord of the worlds. Blessings be upon Muhammad and his Immaculate Household. - Urdu: کوئی خدا پرستش کے لائق نہیں سوائے اس یکتا اور بے مثل خدا کے جو صاحب حلم و کرم ہے۔ کوئی خدا پرستش کے لائق نہیں سوائے اس یکتا اور بے مثل خدا کے جو بلند مرتبہ اور بزرگ ہے۔ پاک اور منزّہ ہے وہ خدا جو سات آسمانوں اور سات زمینوں کا پروردگار ہے۔ وہ ہر اس چیز کا پروردگار ہے جو آسمانوں اور زمینوں میں اور ان کے درمیان ہے اور عرش اعظم کا پروردگار ہے۔ اور حمد و ثنا اس خدا کے لئے مخصوص ہے جو تمام موجودات کا پالنے والا ہے۔ اور درود ہو حضرت محمدؐ اور ان کی پاک آلؑ پر۔ - Instruction: Then say 70 or 100 times… - Instruction (Urdu): پھر ۷۰ یا ۱۰۰ مرتبہ کہے۔۔۔ - Arabic: اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللہَ رَبِّیْ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْہِ۔ - Transliteration: ASTAGHFERULLAH RABBI WA ATOOBO ILAIHE. - English: I seek the forgiveness of Allah, my Lord, and I repent before Him. - Urdu: معافی چاہتا ہوں اللہ سے جو میرا رب ہے اور اسکے حضور توبہ کرتا ہو۔ - Instruction: Then repeat 7 times… - Instruction (Urdu): پھر ۷ مرتبہ کہے۔۔۔ - Arabic: اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللہَ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ھُوَ الْحَیُّ القَیُّوْمُ بِجَمِیْعِ ظُلْمِیْ وَجُرْمِیْ وَاِسْرَافِیْ عَلٰی نَفْسِیْ وَاَتُوْبُ اِلَیْہِ۔ - Transliteration: ASTAGHFERULLAH LAZI LA ILLAHA ILLA HO-WAL HAIYYUL QAYYUMO BE JAMI’E ZULMI WA JURMI WA ISRAAFI ALA NAFSI WA ATOOBO ILAIH. - English: I seek forgiveness from Allah there is no god except Him, the Ever-Living, the Self-Sustaining for all my wrongdoing, my sins, and my excesses against myself, and I repent to Him. - Urdu: میں اللہ سے معافی مانگتا ہوں، جس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔ وہ ہمیشہ زندہ ہے اور سب کو سنبھالنے والا ہے۔ میں اپنے تمام ظلم، گناہوں اور اپنی جان پر کی ہوئی زیادتیوں پر معافی مانگتا ہوں، اور اسی کی طرف توبہ کرتا ہوں۔ - Instruction: Then repeat 7 times… - Instruction (Urdu): اور پھر ۷ مرتبہ کہے۔۔۔ - Arabic: ھٰذَا مَقَامُ الْعَآئِذِ بِكَ مِنَ النَّارِ۔ - Transliteration: HAAZA MAQAAMUL AA’EZE BEKA MENAN NAAR. - English: This is the position of one who seeks refuge in You from the fire (of Hell). - Urdu: جہنم سے تیری پناہ لینے والا یہ کھڑاہے۔ - Instruction: Then say… - Instruction (Urdu): پھر کہے۔۔۔ - Arabic: رَبِّ اَسَاتُ وَظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِیْ وَبِئْسَ مَا صَنَعْتُ فَهٰذِهٖ یَدَایَ یَارَبِّ جَزَآئًۢ بِمَا كَسَبْتُ وَهٰذِهٖ رَقَبَتِیْ خَاضِعَۃً لِّمَا اَتَیْتُ وَهَا اَنَاذَا بَیْنَ یَدَیْكَ فَخُذْ لِنَفْسِیْ مِنْ نَفْسِیْ الرِّضَا حَتّٰی تَرْضٰی لَكَ الْعُتْبٰی لَا اَعُوْدُ۔ - Transliteration: RABBE ASAA-TO WA ZALAM-TO NAFSEE WA BE-SA MAA SANA’TO FA-HAAZE-HI YADAA-YA YAA RABBE JAZAAA-AM BE-MAA KASAB-TO WA HAAZE-HI RAQABA-TEE KHAAZE-A’TAN LEMAA A-TAIY-TO WA HAA ANAA-ZAA BAIYNA YA-DAIY-KA FA-KHUZ LE-NAFSEE MIN NAFSIR REZAA HATTAA TARZAA LAKAL O’T-BAA LAA A-OO’DO. - English: O Allah! I am a sinner, I have done oppression on my self, and whatever I have done is wrong, now both these hands are presented for punishment, and the neck is bowed down due to my sins and now I have presented myself in Your presence. So for my sake snatch away the happiness from me, so that You love my actions and then I never repeat such deeds again. - Urdu: خدا وندا! گنہگارہوں، اپنے اُپر ظلم کیا ہے اور جو کچھ کیا بُرا کیا، اب یہ دونوں ہاتھ کر تو توں کی سزا میں حاضر ہیں، اور یہ گردن میرے اعمال کی وجہ سے خم ہے، اور اب میں تیرے حضور میں حاضر ہوں اس لئے مجھ سے میری ذات کے لئے رضا و خوشی لے لے تا کہ تجھے میری رضا پسند آجائے اور میں پھر ایسے عمل نہ کروں۔ - Instruction: Then say 300 times… - Instruction (Urdu): پھر ۳۰۰ مرتبہ کہے۔۔۔ - Arabic: اَلْعَفْوَ - Transliteration: AL-AFVO - English: (I ask for) forgiveness. - Urdu: معافی دے معافی دے۔ - Instruction: Then say… - Instruction (Urdu): اس کے بعد کہے۔۔۔ - Arabic: رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِیْ وَارْحَمْنِیْ وَاَتُوْبُ اِلَیْہِ اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِیْمُ۔ - Transliteration: RABBIGHFIRLI WAR-HAMNI WA ATOOBO ILAIYHE INNAKA AN-TAT TAWWAABUR RAHEEM. - English: Lord, forgive me and have mercy on me, and turn to me, Surely You are the Oft-returning, the Merciful. - Urdu: خدا وندا! مجھے بخش دے، میرے اوپر رحم فرما، میری توبہ قبول کر کہ تو ہی توبہ قبول کرنے والا مہربان ہے۔ - Instruction: And then say… - Instruction (Urdu): اور پھر کہے۔۔۔ - Arabic: اَللّٰھُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِھٰذَا… - Transliteration: ALLAHUMMAGHFIR LE HAAZA… - English: O Allah, forgive this (person)… - Urdu: اے اللہ! اس کو معاف فرما۔۔۔ - Instruction: Here you take the names of 40 momeneen (dead or alive) and then do Ruku, Sujood, Tashahud, Salaam and complete the namaz. - Instruction (Urdu): یہاں پر ۴۰ مومین (حیات و مرحوم) کا نام لے اور رکوع اور سجود کرے اور نماز تمام کرے۔ - Instruction: After Namaz recite Tasbeeh-e-Zahra (s). - Instruction (Urdu): نماز کے بعد تسبیح زہراؑ پڑھے۔ - Instruction: Then go in Sajdah and recite this zikr 5 times… - Instruction (Urdu): پھر سجدہ میں جائے اور ۵ مرتبہ کہے۔۔۔ - Arabic: سُبُّوْحٌ قُدُّوْسٌ رَبُّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالرُّوْحِ۔ - Transliteration: SUBBOO-HOON QUDDOO-SOON RABBUL MALAA-E-KATE WAR-ROOHE. - English: Holy and most Holy is the Lord of the Angels and spirits. - Urdu: فرشتوں اورروح کا رب بے عیب پاک تر ہے۔ - Instruction: Then sit and recite [Aayatul Kursi](https://fzic.org/library/quran/aayatul-kursi-1188) once. - Instruction (Urdu): پھر بیٹھ کر [آیت الکرسی](https://fzic.org/library/quran/aayatul-kursi-1188) پڑھے۔ - Instruction: Then go in Sajdah and recite this zikr 5 times… - Instruction (Urdu): پھر سے سجدہ میں جائے اور ۵ مرتبہ کہے۔۔۔ - Arabic: سُبُّوْحٌ قُدُّوْسٌ رَبُّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالرُّوْحِ۔ - Transliteration: SUBBOO-HOON QUDDOO-SOON RABBUL MALAA-E-KATE WAR-ROOHE. - English: Holy and most Holy is the Lord of the Angels and spirits. - Urdu: فرشتوں اورروح کا رب بے عیب پاک تر ہے۔ - Instruction: Then recite [Dua-e-Hazeen](https://fzic.org/library/dua/hazeen-1275). - Instruction (Urdu): نماز وتر کے بعد [دُعاء حزین](https://fzic.org/library/dua/hazeen-1275) پڑھے۔ - Instruction: Imam Musa Kazim (a) used to say dua [La kal mahmadato](https://fzic.org/library/dua/lakal-mahmadato-in-atatoka-2886) while prostrating after Namaz’e Shab. - Instruction (Urdu): امام موسٰی کاظمؑ نماز شب کے بعد سجدہ میں جا کر دُعا [لَكَ الْمَحْمَدَةُ اِنْ](https://fzic.org/library/dua/lakal-mahmadato-in-atatoka-2886) پڑھتے تھے۔ - Instruction: Recite dua [Sahifa-e-Sajjadiya-32](https://fzic.org/library/dua/32-night-prayer-1358). - Instruction (Urdu): نمازِ شب کے بعد [صحیفۂ سجادیہ دعا -۳۲](https://fzic.org/library/dua/32-night-prayer-1358) بڑھے۔ --- Published by Fatima Zahra Imamia Centre, North Ipswich QLD, https://fzic.org.
