### Elephant (Makki)

- Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
- Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM
- English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
- Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

- Arabic: اَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِاَصْحٰبِ الْفِيْلِ
- Transliteration: ALAM TARA KAIFA FA’ALA RABBUKA BI ASHAABIL FEEL.
- English: Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with the possessors of the elephant?
- Urdu: کیا تم نے نہیں دیکھا کہ تمہارے رب نے ہاتھی والوں کے ساتھ کیا برتاؤ کیا ہے۔

- Arabic: اَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ كَيْدَهُمْ فِيْ تَضْلِيْلٍ
- Transliteration: ALAM YAJ’AL KAIDAHUM FEE TADLEEL.
- English: Did He not cause their war to end in confusion
- Urdu: کیا ان کی چال کو بے کار نہیں کر دیا ہے۔

- Arabic: وَاَرْسَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ طَيْرًا اَبَابِيْلَ
- Transliteration: WA ARSALA ’ALAIHIM TAIRAN ABAABEEL.
- English: And send down (to prey) upon them birds in flocks
- Urdu: اور ان پر اڑتی ہوئی ابابیل کو بھیج دیا ہے۔

- Arabic: تَرْمِيْهِمْ بِحِجَارَةٍ مِّنْ سِجِّيْلٍ
- Transliteration: TARMEEHIM BIHIJAARATIM MIN SIJJEEL.
- English: Casting against them stones of baked clay
- Urdu: جو انہیں کھرنجوں کی کنکریاں مار رہی تھیں۔

- Arabic: فَجَعَلَهُمْ كَعَصْفٍ مَّاْكُوْلٍ
- Transliteration: FAJA ’ALAHUM KA’ASFIM M’AKOOL.
- English: So He rendered them like straw eaten up?
- Urdu: پھر انہوں نے ان سب کو چبائے ہوئے بھوسے کے مانند بنا دیا۔

- Transliteration: SADAQALLAHUL ALIYYUL AZEEM
- English: Almighty God the most high speaks the truth.
- Urdu: اللہ بزرگ و برتر نے سچ فرمایا ہے۔
