### People (Makki)

- Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
- Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM
- English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
- Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

- Arabic: قُلْ اَعُوْذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ
- Transliteration: QUL A’OOZU BIRABBIN NAAS.
- English: Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of men
- Urdu: اے رسول! کہہ دیجئے کہ میں انسانوں کے پروردگار کی پناہ چاہتا ہوں۔

- Arabic: مَلِكِ النَّاسِ
- Transliteration: MALIKIN NAAS.
- English: The King of men
- Urdu: جو تمام لوگوں کا مالک اور بادشاہ ہے۔

- Arabic: اِلٰهِ النَّاسِ
- Transliteration: ILAAHIN NAAS.
- English: The God of men
- Urdu: سارے انسانوں کا معبود ہے۔

- Arabic: مِنْ شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ
- Transliteration: MIN SHARRIL WASWAASIL KHANNAAS.
- English: From the evil of the whisperings of the slinking (Shaitan)
- Urdu: شیطانی وسوسے کے شر سے جو نامِ خدا سن کر پیچھے ہٹ جاتا ہے۔

- Arabic: اَلَّذِيْ يُوَسْوِسُ فِيْ صُدُوْرِ النَّاسِ
- Transliteration: ALLAZEE YUWASWISU FEE SUDOORIN NAAS.
- English: Who whispers into the hearts of men
- Urdu: اور جو لوگوں کے دلوں میں وسوسے پیدا کراتا ہے۔

- Arabic: مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ
- Transliteration: MINAL JINNATI WANNAAS.
- English: From among the jinn and the men.
- Urdu: وہ جنّات میں سے ہو یا انسانوں میں سے۔

- Transliteration: SADAQALLAHUL ALIYYUL AZEEM
- English: Almighty God the most high speaks the truth.
- Urdu: اللہ بزرگ و برتر نے سچ فرمایا ہے۔
