- Instruction: It has been reported from Imam Reza (a) that if any person’s inner self (nafs’e ammarah) is out of control and if he wants to control it, he should keep his hand on his chest while sleeping at night and recite YAA MUMEE-TO  100 times inshallah his purpose will be solved.
- Instruction (Urdu): حضرت امام رضاؑ سے منقول ہے کہ جس شخص کا نفس امارہ اس پر غالب آچکا ہو تو اگر وہ نفس کو اپنا مطیع بنانا چاہے تو اس کو چاہئے کہ وہ رات کو سوتے وقت اپنے سینے پر ہاتھ رکھ کر 100 مرتبہ ’’یَا مُمِیْتُ‘‘ کا ورد کرے اور ورد کرتے کرتے سوجائے تو بہت جلد اپنے مقصود میں کامیاب ہوجائے گا۔

- Instruction: Reciting YAA MUMEE-TO 1001 times during the last nights of the lunar month will be the cause of the destruction of a cruel person.
- Instruction (Urdu): اسلامی مہینے کی آخری راتوں میں ’’یَا مُمِیْتُ‘‘ کا 1001 مرتبہ ورد کرنا جبار و ستمگر کی ہلاکت کا باعث بنتا ہے۔

- Instruction: To be protected from the enmity of the enemy reciting YAA MUMEE-TO 1470 times daily for 40 days is tried and tested.
- Instruction (Urdu): دشمن کی دشمنی سے تحفظ کے لئے 40 روز تک روزانہ ’’یَا مُمِیْتُ‘‘ کا 1470 مرتبہ ورد مجرب ہے۔
