# Saaffaat (37:173-182)

## Text

- Arabic: بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
- Transliteration: BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM
- English: In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
- Urdu: اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

- Arabic: وَاِنَّ جُنْدَنَا لَهُمُ الْغٰلِبُوْنَ
- Transliteration: WA INNA JUNDANA LAHUMUL GHAALIBOON.
- English: And most surely Our host alone shall be the victorious ones.
- Urdu: اور ہمارا لشکر بہرحال غالب آنے والا ہے۔

- Arabic: فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ حَتّٰى حِيْنٍ
- Transliteration: FATAWALLA ’ANHUM HATTA HEEN.
- English: Therefore turn away from them till a time
- Urdu: لہذا آپ تھوڑے دنوں کے لئے ان سے منہ پھیر لیں۔

- Arabic: وَاَبْصِرْهُمْ فَسَوْفَ يُبْصِرُوْنَ
- Transliteration: WA ABSIRHUM FASAWFA YUBSIROON.
- English: And (then) see them, so they too shall see.
- Urdu: اور ان کو دیکھتے رہیں عنقریب یہ خود اپنے انجام کو دیکھ لیں گے۔

- Arabic: اَفَبِعَذَابِنَا يَسْتَعْجِلُوْنَ
- Transliteration: AFABI’AZAABINAA YASTA’JILOON.
- English: What! would they then hasten on Our chastisement?
- Urdu: کیا یہ ہمارے عذاب کے بارے میں جلدی کر رہے ہیں۔

- Arabic: فَاِذَا نَزَلَ بِسَاحَتِهِمْ فَسَاۗءَ صَبَاحُ الْمُنْذَرِيْنَ
- Transliteration: FA IZAA NAZALA BISAAHATIHIM FASAAA’A SABAAHUL MUNZAREEN.
- English: But when it shall descend in their court, evil shall then be the morning of the warned ones.
- Urdu: تو جب وہ عذاب ان کے آنگن میں نازل ہو جائے گا تو وہ ڈرائی جانے والی قوم کی بدترین صبح ہو گی۔

- Arabic: وَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ حَتّٰى حِيْنٍ
- Transliteration: WA TAWALLA ’ANHUM HATTAA HEEN.
- English: And turn away from them till a time
- Urdu: اور آپ تھوڑے دنوں ان سے منہ پھیر لیں۔

- Arabic: وَاَبْصِرْ فَسَوْفَ يُبْصِرُوْنَ
- Transliteration: WA ABSIR FASAWFA YUBSIROON.
- English: And (then) see, for they too shall see.
- Urdu: اور دیکھتے رہیں عنقریب یہ خود دیکھ لیں گے۔

- Arabic: سُبْحٰنَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُوْنَ
- Transliteration: SUBHAANA RABBIKA RABBIL ’IZZATI ’AMMA YASIFOON.
- English: Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Honor, above what they describe.
- Urdu: آپ کا پروردگار جو مالکِ عزّت بھی ہے ان کے بیانات سے پاک و پاکیزہ ہے۔

- Arabic: وَسَلٰمٌ عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِيْنَ
- Transliteration: WA SALAAMUN ’ALALMURSALEEN.
- English: And peace be on the apostles.
- Urdu: اور ہمارا سلام تمام مرسلین پر ہے۔

- Arabic: وَالْحَمْدُ لِلهِ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ
- Transliteration: WALHAMDU LILLAAHI RABBIL ’AALAMEEN.
- English: And all praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
- Urdu: اور ساری تعریف اس اللہ کے لئے ہے جو عالمین کا پروردگار ہے۔
