# Minarets

- Instruction: The two golden minarets of Imam Reza's shrine have been specially built. The minarets are usually made on the two sides of the dome and near the dome. But these two minarets have been built far from each other. One, close to the Dome, upon Naderi balcony in the southern section of Sahne Enqelab and the other far in the northern section of Sahne Enqelab on Abbasi balcony. Although lack of symmetry can be clearly felt, it has been done on purpose so that when pilgrims enter Haram from Imam Reza Avenue they can see the minarets and the Dome in the middle. The minaret which is close to the Dome was built by Shah Tahmasb Safavi and has a height of 40.5 meters and a circumference of 13 meters. The other minaret on Abbasi balcony was built at the time of Nader Shah.
- Instruction (Urdu): دو سونے کے مینار روضہ امام رضاؑ کے خاص طور پر بنائے گئے ہیں، عام طور پر مینار گنبد کے دونوں طرف اور نزدیک بنائے جاتے ہیں، لیکن یہ دو مینارے ایک دوسرے سے بہت دور بنائے گئے ہیں، ایک مینار گنبد کے قریب ہے اور جنوب میں نادری بالکنی کے صحن انقلاب میں ہے اور دوسرا دور شمال میں صحن انقلاب کی عباسی بالکنی میں ہے۔ ان دونوں کا تناسب نہ ہونا صاف ظاہر ہوتا ہے لیکن یہ اس لئے بنایا گیا ہے تاکہ جب زائرین امام رضاؑ ایونیو سے داخل ہوں تو مینار اور گنبد بیچ میں دکھائی دیں، وہ مینار جو گنبد کے قریب بنا ہے اسے شاہ تہماسب صفوی نے بنوایا ہے اس کی اونچائی ساڑھے چالیس میٹر ہے اور گولائی ۱۳ میٹر ہے، اور دوسرا مینار جو عباسی بالکنی میں ہے نادر شاہ کے زمانے کا ہے۔
