1st Hour, which is the space of time between dawn and sunrise, is dedicated to Imam Ali Ameerul Momineen (a) and the supplication at this hour is as follows…
پہلی ساعت طلوع صبح صادق سے طلوع آفتاب تک ہے اور يہ امير المومنيؑن کی طرف منسوب ہے کہ جس کی دعا يہ ہے۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ الْبَهَاۗءِ وَالْعَظَمَةِ وَالْكِبْرِيَاۗءِ وَالسُّلْطَانِ اَظْهَرْتَ الْقُدْرَةَ كَيْفَ شِئْتَ وَمَنَنْتَ عَلٰى عِبَادِكَ بِمَعْرِفَتِكَ وَتَسَلَّطْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ بِجَبَرُوْتِكَ وَعَلَّمْتَهُمْ شُكْرَ نِعْمَتِكَ۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ فَبِحَقِّ عَلِيِّ الْمُرْتَضٰى لِلدِّيْنِ وَالْعَالِمِ بِالْحُكْمِ وَمَجَارِى التُّقٰى اِمَامِ الْمُتَّقِيْنَ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِهٖ فِى الْاَوَّلِيْنَ وَالْآ خِريْنَ وَاُقَدِّمُهٗ بَيْنَ يَدَىْ حَوَاۗئِجِىْ اَنْ تُصَلِّىَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَاَنْ تَفْعَلَ بِىْ كَذَا وَكَذَا۔

O Allah, O Lord of brilliance, greatness, grandeur, and authority! You have demonstrated the power as You wished, bestowed upon Your servants with Your forgiveness, dominated over them with Your supremacy, and taught them how to thank Your graces. O Allah, in the name of Ali (a.s), the well-pleased for the religion, the well-versed with the judgment and the streams of piety, and the leader of the pious, (please) send blessings upon Muhammad and his Household among the past and the coming generations, and I present him (Ali (a.s)) as my mediation for the settling of my needs, (I beseech You) to send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! اے شان و بزرگی اور بڑائی اور اقتدار کے مالک تو نے جس طرح چاہا اپنی قدرت کو ظاہر کياتو نے اپنی معرفت کرا کے اپنے بندوں پر احسان کيا اور اپنی طاقت کے ذريعے ان پر غالب آيا اور انہيں شکر نعمت کی تعليم دی پس اے معبود بواسطہ علیؑ کے جن کو دين کے ليے چنا گيا جو فيصلے کرنے میں دانا اور راه تقویٰ سے واقف اور متقيوں کے امام ہيں رحمت فرما محمدؐ اور ان کی آلؑ پر اولين وآخرين لوگوں میں اور میں انہيں اپنی حاجتوں میں وسيلہ بناتا ہوں کہ تو رحمت فرما سرکار محمدؐ و آل محمدؑپر اور ميری يہ اور يہ حاجت پوری فرما۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔

اب اپنی حاجت طلب کرے۔
