بلد الامین میں سلمان فارسیؒ سے روا يت کی گئی ہے کہ جو شخص وقت صبح کو ديکھے اور ۳ مرتبہ يہ کہے تو حق تعالیٰ اس سے ۷۰ بلائيں دور کرے گا جن میں سب سے کم تر رنج و غم کا دور کرنا ہے۔۔۔
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ اَلْحَمْدُ لِلهِ حَمْدًا كَثِيْرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيْهِ۔
AL-HAMDO LILLAA-HE RABBIL ‘AA-LAMEE-NA AL-HAMDO LILLAA-HE HAMDAN KASEE-RAN TAIYYE-BAN MOBAA-RAKAN FEEHE.
All praise is for Allah, the Lord of the worlds. All praise is for Allah—abundant, pure, and blessed praise.
