آٹھويں ساعت امام رضا (ع)
8th Hour, which is the space of time between the amount of 4 units of prayer after the Noon Prayer and the Afternoon Prayer, is dedicated to Imam Ali Reza (a) and the following is the supplication at this hour…
آٹھويں ساعت ظہرکے بعد ۴ رکعت کی ادائيگی کے وقت سے عصر تک ہے اور يہ امام علی رضاؑ سے منسوب ہے کہ جس کی دعا يہ ہے۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
يَا خَيْرَ مَدْعُوٍّ يَا خَيْرَ مَنْ اَعْطِىْ يَا خَيْرَ مَنْ سُئِلَ يَا مَنْ اَضَاۗءَ بِاسْمِهٖ ضَوْءُ النَّهَارِ وَاَظْلَمَ بِهٖ ظُلْمَةُ اللَّيْلِ وَسَالَ بِاسْمِهٖ وَابِلُ السَّيْلِ وَرَزَقَ اَوْلِيَاۗئَهُ كُلَّ خَيْرٍ يَا مَنْ عَلَا السَّمٰوَاتِ نُوْرُهٗ وَالْاَرْضَ ضَوْئُهٗ وَالشَّرْقَ وَالْغَرْبَ رَحْمَتُهٗ۔
يَا وَاسِعَ الْجُوْدِ اَسْئَلُكَ بِحَقِّ عَلِىِّ بْنِ مُوْسَى الرِّضَا عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَامُ وَاُقَدِّمُهٗ بَيْنَ يَدَىْ حَوَاۗئِجِىْ اَنْ تُصَلِّىَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَاَنْ تَفْعَلَ بِىْ كَذَا وَكَذَا۔

O Best of all besought ones! O Best of all givers! O Best of all asked ones! O He by Whose Name the light of days beams, the darkness of nights dims, the heavy rain of floods flows, and has provided His intimate servants with all prosperity! O He Whose light has gone up the heavens, Whose beam has gone up the earth, and Whose mercy has gone up the east and the west! O Ample in magnanimity, I beseech You in the name of Ali, the son of Moosa, the well-contented, peace be upon both of them, and I present him as my mediation for the settling of my needs, (please) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے بہترين پکارے جانے والے، اے بہترين عطا کرنے والے، اے بہترين سوال کيے جانے والے، اے وه جس کے نام سے دن کی روشنی چمکتی ہے اور رات کی تاريکی کو سياہی ملتی ہے، جس کے نام سے سيلابوں کو روانی ملتی ہے اور جس نے اپنے اولياء کو ہر بھلائی دی، اے وه جس کا نور آسمانوں سے بلند ہے، جس کی روشنی زمین سے بالا ہے، جس کی رحمت شرق و غرب پر چھائی ہے، اے بہت دينے والے میں تجھ سے علی بن موسیٰؑ کے حق کے واسطے سے سوال کرتا ہوں اور حاجتوں میں ان کووسيلہ بناتا ہوں کہ تو رحمت فرما محمدؐ و آل محمدؑ پر اور ميری يہ اور يہ حاجت پوری فرما۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
