آٹھویں گھنٹے کی دعا۔۲

Another Supplication at the Eighth Hour…

آٹوے گھنٹے کی ایک اور دعا۔۔۔

بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem

In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.

اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

اَللّٰهُمَّ اَنْتَ الْكَاشِفُ لِلْمُلِمَّاتِ وَالْكَافِيْ لِلْمُهِمَّاتِ وَالْمُفَرِّجُ لِلْكُرُبَاتِ وَالسَّامِعُ لِلْاَصْوَاتِ وَالْمُخْرِجُ مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ وَالْمُجِيْبُ لِلدَّعَوَاتِ اَلرَّاحِمُ لِلْعَبَرَاتِ جَبَّارُ الْاَرْضِ وَالسَّمَاوَاتِ يَا وَلِيُّ يَا مَوْلٰى يَا عَلِيُّ يَا اَعْلٰى يَا كَرِيْمُ يَا اَكْرَمُ يَا مَنْ لَهُ الْاِسْمُ الْاَعْظَمُ يَا مَنْ عَلَّمَ الْاِنْسَانَ مَا لَمْ يَعْلَمْ فَاطِرُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَهُوَ يُطْعِمُ وَلَا يُطْعَمُ۔

اَسْاَلُكَ بِـمُحَمَّدٍ الْمُصْطَفٰى مِنَ الْخَلْقِ الْمَبْعُوْثِ بِالْحَقِّ وَبِاَمِيْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ الَّذِيْ اَوْلَيْتَهٗ فَاَلْفَيْتَهٗ شَاكِرًا وَابْتَلَيْتَهٗ فَوَجَدْتَهٗ صَابِرًا وَبِالْاِمَامِ الرِّضَا عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُوْسَى الَّذِيْ اَوْفٰى بِعَهْدِكَ وَوَثِقَ بِوَعْدِكَ وَاَعْرَضَ عَنِ الدُّنْيَا وَقَدْ اَقْبَلَتْ اِلَيْهِ وَرَغِبَ عَنْ زِيْنَتِهَا وَقَدْ رَغِبَتْ فِيْهِ اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُـحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُـحَمَّدٍ فَقَدْ تَوَسَّلْتُ بِهِمْ اِلَيْكَ وَقَدَّمْتُهُمْ اَمَامِيْ وَبَيْنَ يَدَيْ حَوَائِـجِيْ اَنْ تَهْدِيَنِيْ اِلٰى سُبُلِ مَرْضَاتِكَ وَتُيَسِّرَ لِيْ اَسْبَابَ طَاعَتِكَ وَتُوَفِّقَنِيْ لِاِبْتِغَآءِ الزُّلْفَةِ بِـمُوَالَاةِ اَوْلِيَآئِكَ وَاِدْرَاكِ الْـحَظْوَةِ مِنْ مُعَادَاةِ اَعْدَائِكَ وَتُعِيْنَنِيْ عَلٰى اَدَاءِ فَرَآئِضِكَ وَاسْتِعْمَالِ سُنَّتِكَ وَتُوَفِّقَنِيْ عَلَى الْمَحَجَّةِ الْمُؤَدِّيَةِ اِلَى الْعِتْقِ مِنْ عَذَابِكَ وَالْفَوْزِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ۔

‏

Allaahumma antal kaashefo lil-molimmaate wal kaafee lil-mohimmaate wal mofarrejo lil-korobaate was saame-o’ lil-aswaate wal mukhrejo menaz zolomaate wal mojeebo lid-da-a’waate ar-raahemo lil-a’baraate jabbarul arze was samaawaate yaa waliyyo yaa mawlaa yaa a’liyyo yaa a-a’laa yaa kareemo yaa akramo yaa man lahul ismul a-a’zamo yaa man a’llamal insaana maa lam ya’lam faaterus samaawaate wal arze wa howa yut-e’mo wa laa yut-a’m.

As-aloka bemohammadenil mustafaa menal khalqil mab-o’ose bilhaqqe wa be-ameeril moameneenal lazee awlaytahu fa-alfaytahu shaakeran wab talaytahu fawajad-tahu saaberan wa bilemaamir rezaa a’liyy ibne moosal lazee awfaa beahdeka wa waseqa bewa’deka wa a-a’raza a’nid dunyaa wa qad aq-balat elayhe wa ragheba a’n zeenatehaa wa qad raghebat feehe an tosalleya a’laa mohammadin wa aale mohammadin faqad tawassalto behim elayka wa qaddamtohum amaamee wa bayna yaday hawaa-ejee an tahdeyanee elaa sobole marzaateka wa toyassera lee asbaaba ta-a’teka wa towaffeqanee le-ibte-ghaaaiz zulfate be-mowaalaate awleyaaa-eka wa idraakil hazwate min mo-a’adaate a-a’daa-eka wa to-e’enanee a’laa adaa-e faraa-ezeka was te’maale sunnateka wa fowaffeqanee a’lal mahajjatil mo-addeyate elal i’tqe min a’zaabeka wal fawze berahmateka yaa arhamar raahemeen.

O Allah! You are Reliever from the disasters, Sufficient for necessities, Reliever of sorrows, Listener of voices, Deliverer from the darkness, Succourer for the appealer, He who shows compassion when tears are shed, Dominant of the Earth and the Skies, O Guardian, O Master, O High, O Highest, O Bountiful, O Most Munificent, O He to whom belong the great name, O He who taught men what he knew not, the Originator of the heavens and the earth, and He feeds (others) and is not (Himself) fed. I ask You by Muhammad, the chosen one from the creatures, sent with truth, and by Ameer al-Momineen, the one You have given him then found him thankful, and inflicted him then found him patient, and by Imam al-Reza Ali, the son of Moosa, who fulfilled with Your promise, and put the trust in Your promise, and kept away from the world but it came back to him, he made detest for her adornment but indeed it wished, that You send blessings on Muhammad and his progeny, then surely I am imploring by them to You, and I prefer them to be in front of me and before me are my needs that You give me from the paths of Your satisfaction and make easy for me the sources of Your obedience and help me for seeking the friendship of your successors, accepting their recognition and enmity of Your enemies, and help me to perform Your obligatory acts and exercise Your laws and grant me success in advancing a convincing argument that frees me from your chastisement and grant me victory by Your Mercy, O the most Merciful of the mercifuls.

خدا یا! تو مصیبتوں کو دور کرنے والا ہے، اور ضروری امور میں تو کفایت کنندہ ہے، اور مشکلات کی کشائی کرنے والا ہے، اور ہر کسی کی آواز کو سننے والا ہے، اور تاریکیوں سے نکالنے والا ہے، دعاؤں کو مستجاب کرنے والا ہے، گریا کنند گان پر رحم کرنے والا ہے، زمین و آسمانوں پر سخت گرفت رکھنے والا ہے، اے ولی، اے مولا، اے علی، اے اعلی، اے کریم، اے سب سے زیادہ کرم کرنے والا، اے اسم اعظم کے مالک، اے وہ جس نے انسان کو ان چیزوں کی تعلیم دی جنہیں وہ نہیں جانتا تھا، تو زمین و آسمان کا خالق ہے، تو وہ ہے جو سب کو کھلاتا ہے مگر خود نہیں کھاتا، میں سوال کرتا ہوں اس محمدؐ کے واسطہ سے جسے مخلوقات میں سے چنا گیا، جسے حق کے ساتھ مبعوث کیا گیا، اور امیر المومنینؑ کے واسطہ سے جسے تو نے ولی بنایا، اور پھر شکر گزار پایا، اور جسے ابتلاء امتحان میں رکھا اور صابر پایا، اور امام رضا علی ابن موسیؑ کے واسطہ سے جس نے اپنا عہد وفا کیا اور وعدہ پورا کیا، اور دنیا سے اعراض کیا جب کہ دنیا قریب آنا چاہتی تھی، اور زینت دنیا سے منہ موڑ لیا جب کہ دنیا رغبت دلا رہی تھی، کہ تو محمدؐ و آل محمدؑ پر درود نازل فرما، میں تیرے سامنے ان کو وسیلہ قرار دیتا ہوں اور انہیں اپنے اور اپنی حاجتوں کے درمیان رکھتا ہوں، کہ تو اپنی مرضی کی راہ کی ہدایت فرما اور اسباب اطاعت آسان فرما اور تیرے اولیاء کی محبت سے تجھ سے قریب ہونے اور تیرے اعداء کی دشمنی سے تیرا قرب حاصل کرنے کی توفیق عطا فرما اور تمام فرائض کی ادائگی اور سنت پر عمل کرنے میں معاونت فرما، اور سیدھے راستے پر چلنے کی توفیق عطا فرما، جس کے ذریعہ میں عذاب سے نجات حاصل کروں اور تیری رحمت کے سایہ میں داخل ہو جاؤں، اے سب سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والے۔

اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔

Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin

Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.

اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
