Al-Qutb Rawandi has related the following story: A worshipper from the children of Israel (Israelites) asked Allah the Almighty and Majestic, saying, “O Lord! What is my status with You? If it is praiseworthy, then I will try to add up to my good deeds; but if it is blameworthy, I will repent to You before I die.” Replying to his question, Almighty Allah sent to him one of His angels to tell him that he has no good point with Allah. “O Lord!” asked the man, “Where are then all my deeds?” The Lord answered, “Whenever you did a good deed, you told people about it so that they would consider you virtuous and mention you reputably. Therefore, no reward will be given for your deeds except the reward that you have accepted for yourself.” This fact disturbed and aggrieved the man extremely; therefore, Almighty Allah sent the same angel to convey the following message to him: “Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, says to you that you must purchase yourself from Him with alms that you must give every day for each one of your veins.” The man asked, “O Lord! Is there any creature able to do that?” The Almighty instructed, “You may repeat the following statement 360 times, the number of your veins, every day. The man said, “O Lord! Please, give me more.” The Almighty said, “If you add to the number, I will add to you.”…
قطب راوندیؒ نے روایت کی ہے کہ بنی اسرائیل میں ایک عابد تھا کہ جس نے سالہا سال تک خدا کی عبادت کی تھی، ایک دن اس نے اللہ تعالیٰ سے دعا کی کہ پروردگارا! میں یہ جاننا چاہتا ہوں کہ تیرے نزدیک میری کیفیت کیا ہے؟ اگر تو نے میرے اعمال کو پسند کر لیا ہے، پھر میں ایسے اعمال میں اور اضافہ کروں ورنہ مرنے سے پہلے توبہ کروں! اس پر حق تعالےٰ نے اس کے پاس ایک فرشتہ بھیجا، جس نے آکر کہا: تیرا کوئی بھی عمل خدا کے نزدیک قبول نہیں ہے! اس نے پوچھا: میری اتنی ساری عبادت کیا ہوئی؟فرشتے نے کہا: تو نیکی کا جو بھی کام کرتا تھا لوگوں کو بتاتا رہتا تھا، اس طرح تو یہ چاہتا تھا کہ لوگ تیری تعریف کریں اور تجھے نیک و پارسا جانیں تو اب تمہارا اجر وہی ہے جو تو چاہتا تھا، یہ سن کر وہ عابد بہت پریشان ہوا اور گریہ کرنے لگا، فرشتہ دوبارہ اس کے پاس آیااور کہا حق تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے کہ اب تو خود کو مجھ سے خرید لے اور اپنے بدن کی رگوں کے برابر صدقہ دیا کر! اس نے عرض کیا ، میں کیسے یہ کام کر سکتا ہوں فرمایا: روزانہ اپنی رگوں کی تعدادیعنی ۳۶۰ مرتبہ یہ کہا کرو۔ اس نے کہا: پالنے والے! اس سے کچھ زیادہ عطا فرما! حکم ہوا کہ اگر اس سے زیادہ مرتبہ پڑھو گے تو زیادہ ثواب حاصل کرو گے۔۔۔
سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلهِ وَلَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَاللهُ اَكْبَرُ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ۔
Subhaana allaahi wal-hamdu lillaahi walaa ilaaha illaa allaahu wallaahu akbaru walaa hawla walaa quwwata illaa billaah.
All glory be to Allah, all praise be to Allah, there is no god save Allah, Allah is the Greatest, and there is neither might nor power except with Allah.”
اللہ پاک تر ہے حمد اللہ ہی کے لیے ہے نہیں کوئی معبود سواے اللہ کے اور اللہ بزرگ تر ہے نہیں کوئی طاقت و قوت مگر جو خدا سے ہے۔
