جو کوئی نماز فجر اور نماز مغرب کے بعد اس ذکر کو ۷ مرتبہ پڑھے بغیر کسی سے بات کئے ہوئے، تو اللہ تعالی اُس کی ۷۰ طریقہ کی پریشانیوں کو دور فرمائےگا جیسے کہ کوڑ (جذام) اور شیطان کے شر سے۔۔۔

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ اِلَا بِاللهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيْمِ۔

Bismillaa-hir rahmaa-nir raheeme wa laa hawla wa laa quwwata illaa billaa-hil a’liyyil a’zeeme.

In the Name of Allah; the All-beneficent, the All-merciful. There is neither might nor power except with Allah, the All-high, the All-great.

خدا کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو رحمٰن ورحیم ہے۔ خدا ئے بزرگ وبرتر کے علاوہ کسی کو طاقت و قوت نہیں ہے۔
