امام جعفر صادقؑ فرماتے ہیں : درد کی جگہ پر ہاتھ رکھ کر ۳ مرتبہ یہ دعا پڑھو۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَسْئَلُكَ بِحَقِّ الْقُرْآنِ الْعَظِيْمِ، الَّذِىْ نَزَلَ بِهِ الرُّوْحُ الْاَمِيْنُ، وَهُوَ عِنْدَكَ فِىْ اُمِّ الْكِتَابِ عَلِىٌّ حَكِيْمٌ، اَنْ تَشْفِيَنِىْ بِشِفَآئِكَ وَتُدَاوِيَنِىْ بِدَوَآئِكَ، وَتُعَافِيَنِىْ مِنْ بَلَآئِكَ وَتُصَلِّيَ عَلٰي مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma innee as'aluka bihaqqi al-qur'aani al-'azeemi, allazee nazala bihi ar-roohu al-ameenu, wahuwa 'indaka fee ummi al-kitaabi 'aliyyun hakeemun, an tashfiyanee bishifaa'ika watudaawiyanee bidawaa'ika, watu'aafiyanee min balaa'ika watusalliya 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, I beseech You in the name of the Great Qur'an with which the Faithful Spirit has descended and which is with You in the Mother of the Book is elevated and full of wisdom, to cure me with Your cure, medicate me with Your medicine, heal me from Your tribulation, and bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں قرآن عظیم کے حق کا واسطہ دے کر کہ جس کو لے کر روح الامین نازل ہوتے رہے اور تیرے یہاں دفتر کل موجود ہے بلند مرتبہ حکمت والا ہے یہ کہ تو مجھے اپنی طرف سے شفا دے اور دوا سے میری چارہ گری فرما اور اپنی بلاؤں سے محفوظ رکھ اور محمدؐ و آلِ محمدؑ پر رحمت نازل فرما۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
