مومن کے لئے سجدہ میں دعا

1. It is worth mentioning that within the rites of Masjid Kufa and Masjid Zayd that are mentioned in my book of Mafatih Jinan, I have referred to some supplicatory prayers to be said in prostrations. Mentioning the thanksgiving prostration, Shaikh Tusi, in his book of Misbah Mutahajjid, says that it is recommended to pray for one’s brothers-in-faith while prostrating. The following supplicatory prayer is thus advisable…

   مؤلف کہتے ہیں :ہم نے مسجد کوفہ اور مسجد زید کے اعمال میں بعض دعائیں نقل کی ہیں جو سجدے میں پڑھی جاتی ہیں۔ شیخ طوسیؒ نے مصباح المتہجد میں سجدہ شکر کے بیان میں ذکر کیا ہے، مستحب ہے کہ انسان اپنے بھائیوں کے لیے سجدے میں یہ دعا پڑھے۔۔۔

2. بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

   BISMI ALLAAHI AR-RAHMAANI AR-RAHEEM

   In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.

   اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

3. اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ الْفَجْرِ وَاللَّيَالِى الْعَشْرِ وَالشَّفْعِ وَالْوَتْرِ وَاللَّيْلِ اِذَا يَسْرِ وَرَبَّ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَاِلٰهَ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَخَالِقَ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَمَلِيْكَ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِهٖ وَافْعَلْ بِىْ وَبِفُلَانٍ وَفُلَانٍ مَا اَنْتَ اَهْلُهٗ وَلَا تَفْعَلْ بِنَا مَا نَحْنُ اَهْلُهٗ فَاِنَّكَ اَهْلُ التَّقْوٰى وَاَهْلُ الْمَغْفِرَةِ۔

   ALLAAHUMMA RABBA AL-FAJRI WAL-LAYAALEE AL-'ASHRI WASH-SHAF'I WAL-WATRI WAL-LAYLI IZAA YASRI WARABBA KULLI SHAY'IN WA-ILAAHA KULLI SHAY'IN WAKHAALIQA KULLI SHAY'IN WAMALEEKA KULLI SHAY'IN SALLI 'ALAA MUHAMMADIN WA-AALIHEE WAF'AL BEE WABIFULAANIN WAFULAANIN MAA ANTA AHLUHOO WALAA TAF'AL BINAA MAA NAHNU AHLUHOO FA-INNAKA AHLU AT-TAQWAA WA-AHLU AL-MAGHFIRAH.

   O Allah Lord of the dawn, and of the ten nights, and of the even and the odd, and of the night as it passes; and Lord of everything, God of everything, Creator of everything, and Sovereign of everything send blessings upon Muhammad and his family. And deal with me, and with so-and-so and so-and-so, as You are worthy to deal (with Your grace), and do not deal with us according to what we deserve (our shortcomings), for surely You are the One worthy of taqwa, and the One worthy of forgiveness.

   اے معبود ! فجر، دس راتوں شفع، وتر اور رات کے پروردگار جب وہ گزر جائے، اے ہر چیز کے پروردگار، اے ہر چیز کے معبود، اے ہر چیز کے پیدا کرنے والے اور اے ہر چیز کے مالک!سرکار محمدؐ و آل محمدؑ پررحمت نازل فرما اور میرے ساتھ اور فلاں فلاں کے ساتھ وہ برتائو کر جس کا تو اہل ہے اور ہمارے ساتھ وہ برتائو نہ کر جس کے ہم اہل ہیں کیونکہ يقينًا تو بچانے اور بخش دینے کا اہل ہے۔

4. Once you raise your head from prostration, you may pass your hand over the place of prostration and then pass it on your right cheek, forehead, and left cheek respectively 3 times, repeating each time the following supplicatory prayer…

   جب سر سجدے سے اٹھائے تو اپنے ہاتھوں کو مقام سجدہ سے مس کرے اور پھر انہیں اپنے چہرے کے دائیں طرف پھیرے ، پھر پیشانی پر اور پھر چہرے کی بائیں طرف ۳ مرتبہ پھیرے اور ہر بار یہ دعا پڑھے۔۔۔

5. اَللّٰهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ الرَّحْمٰنُ الرَّحِيْمُ اَللّٰهُمَّ اَذْهِبْ عَنِّى الْهَمَّ وَالْحَزَنَ وَالْغِيَرَ وَالْفِتَنَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ۔

   ALLAAHUMMA LAKA AL-HAMDU LAA ILAAHA ILLAA ANTA 'AALIMU AL-GHAYBI WASH-SHAHAADATI AR-RAHMAANU AR-RAHEEMU ALLAAHUMMA AZHIB 'ANNEE AL-HAMMA WAL-HAZANA WAL-GHIYARA WAL-FITANA MAA ZAHARA MINHAA WAMAA BATAN.

   O Allah, to You belongs all praise. There is no god except You Knower of the unseen and the seen, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate. O Allah, remove from me anxiety and sorrow, and (remove) vicissitudes / adverse changes and trials those that are apparent and those that are hidden.

   اے معبود! حمد تیرے ہی لیے ہے، تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، تو ہی حاضر و غائب کا جاننے والا بڑے رحم والا مہربان ہے۔ اے معبود! مجھ سے ہر طرح کی ایذا یعنی غم تکلیفیں اوربلائیں دور کر دے خواہ وہ ظاہر ہو یا باطن۔

6. اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔

   ALLAAHUMMA SALLI 'ALAA MUHAMMADIN WA-AALI MUHAMMAD.

   O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.

   اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
