عظیم ثواب کی دعا

1. Barqi, through an authenticated narration, reported Imam Sadiq (a) as saying, “Whoever repeats 10 times the following statement after accomplishing his prayer and before moving his knees from their position, Almighty Allah will erase 40 million of his sins, record for him 40 million rewards, and he will be regarded as having recited the Holy Qur’an entirely 12 times.” The Imam (a) then turned his face towards the reporter and said, “As to me, I do not move my knees before I repeat this statement 100 times. As to you, you may say it 10 times only.” Very much more merits have been reported for uttering this statement of professing Almighty Allah being the One and Only God (Tahlil), especially after the Dawn and Evening Prayers and at sunrise and sunset…

   شيخ برقی نے موثق سند کے ساتھ امام جعفر صادقؑ سے روايت کی ہے کہ نماز سے فارغ ہو کر اپنے زانوئوں کو حرکت دينے سے پہلے جو بھی شخص اس تہليل کو ۱۰ مرتبہ پڑھے تو حق تعالیٰ اس کے ۴ کروڑ گناہوں کو مٹادے گا اور اس کے ليے ۴ کروڑ نيکياں لکھ دے گا۔ اس کے پڑھنے کا اتنا ثواب ہے کہ گويا اس شخص نے ۱۲ مرتبہ قرآن مجيدختم کيا ہے پھر فرمايا کہ میں تو ۱۰۰ مرتبہ پڑھتا ہوں ليکن تمہارے ليے اس کا ۱۰ مرتبہ پڑھنا ہی کافی ہے ۔ اس تہليل کی فضيلت میں بہت کچھ بيان کيا گيا ہے خصوصاً اسے صبح و شام کی نمازوں کی تعقيبات میں اور طلوع و غروب کے وقت پڑھنا چاہيئے۔۔۔

2. اَشْهَدُ اَنْ لَّا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهٗ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهٗ اِلٰهًا وَاحِدًا اَحَدًا فَرْدًا صَمَدًا لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ صَاحِبَةً وَلَا وَلَدًا۔

   ASH-HADO AN LAA ILAAHA ILLAL-LAAHO WAH-DAHU LAA SHAREE-KA LAHU ILAA-HAN WAAHE-DAN AHA-DAN FAR-DAN SAMA-DAN LAM YATTA-KHIZ SAAHE-BATAN WALAA WALADA.

   I bear witness that there is no god save Allah; (He is) One and Only; and there is no partner with Him; a Single God; One, Unique, and eternally Besought of all. He has taken to Himself neither a wife nor a son.

   میں گواه ہوں کہ الله کے سوا کوئی معبود نہيں ،وه يکتا ہے اسکا کوئی شريک نہيں وه معبود تنہا ،اکيلا اور بے نيازہے نہ اس نے کوئی بيوی کی نہ کسی کو بيٹا بنايا۔
