شیخ کلینیؒ نے معتبر سند کے ساتھ روایت کی ہے کہ ایک شخص امام جعفرصادقؑ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور یہ شکایت کی کہ میری ایک ام ولد لونڈی ہے جو بیماررہتی ہے، حضرت نے فرمایا: اس سے کہو کہ ہر واجب نماز کے بعد سجدہ شکر میں یہ کہا کرے۔۔۔
يَا رَؤُوْفُ يَا رَحِيْمُ، يَا رَبُّ يَا سَيِّدِىْ۔
YAA RA'OOFU YAA RAHEEMU, YAA RABBU YAA SAYYIDEE.
O Most Kind, O Most Merciful, O my Lord, O my Master.
اے مہربان اے رحم والے، اے رب اے میرے سردار۔
You may then pray Him to grant you your request.
پھر اپنی حاجات طلب کرے۔
