Dua to be Happy from Unhappy
بد بخت سے خوش بخت کی دعائیں
In his book of Miqbas Masabih, Allamah Majlisi says: Imam Sadiq (a) is reported through valid chains of authority to have said: There are 3 hours at night and 3 others at day at which Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, glorifies Himself. The 3 hours of days begin when the sun in the east side is in the same rising in the afternoon on the other (west) side; that is at early forenoon. The 3 hours of night begin at the last third of night up to dawn. Any servant glorifies Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, at these hours with full heart presence, Almighty Allah will settle his needs, and if he is unhappy (because of sinning), I expect that he will be made happy. It is most suitable to say the following words of glorification at these hours…
مقباس المصابيح میں علامہ مجلسیؒ فرماتے ہيں کہ معتبر اسناد کے ساتھ امام جعفر صادقؑ سے منقول ہے کہ حق سبحانہ و تعالیٰ دن کی ۳ ساعتوں میں اور رات کی ۳ ساعتوں میں اپنی ذات کی بزرگی اور بڑائی بيان فرماتا ہے ان میں دن کی ۳ ساعتيں ، وقت چاشت سے اول ظہر تک اور رات کی ۳ ساعتيں کی آخری تہائی سے صبح تک ہيں، پس جو بنده مومن ان مذکوره ساعتوں میں درج ذيل تمجيد پڑھے اور اس کا دل خدا سے لگا ہو تو الله تعالیٰ اس کی حاجات پوری فرماے گا، اگر وه بد بخت و بد انجام ہے تو خوش بخت و نيک انجام ہو جائے گا ۔ مؤلف کہتے ہيں کہ اگر ان ساعتوں میں يہ دعا پڑھے تو بہت مناسب ہے۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَنْتَ اللهُ لَااِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ اَنْتَ اللهُ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ الرَّحْمٰنُ الرَّحِيْمُ اَنْتَ اللهُ لَااِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ الْعَلِىُّ الْكَبِيْرُ اَنْتَ اللهُ لَااِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ مَلِكُ يَوْمِ الدِّيْنِ اَنْتَ اللهُ لَااِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ الْغَفُوْرُ الرَّحِيْمُ اَنْتَ اللهُ لَااِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ الْعَزِيْزُ الْحَكِيْمُ اَنْتَ اللهُ لَااِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ مِنْكَ بَدْءُ الْخَلْقِ وَاِلَيْكَ يَعُوْدُ اَنْتَ اللهُ الَّذِىْ لَااِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ لَمْ تَزَلْ وَلَاتَزَالُ اَنْتَ اللهُ الَّذِىْ لَااِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ خَالِقُ الْخَيْرِ وَالشَّرِّ اَنْتَ اللهُ لَااِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ خَالِقُ الْجَنَّةِ وَالنَّارِ اَنْتَ اللهُ لَااِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ الْاَحَدُ الصَّمَدُ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُوْلَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهٗ كُفُوًا اَحَدٌ اَنْتَ اللهُ لَااِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ الْمَلِكُ الْقُدُّوْسُ السَّلَامُ الْمُؤْمِنُ الْمُهَيْمِنُ الْعَزِيْزُ الْجَبَّارُ الْمُتَكَبِّرُ سُبْحَانَ اللهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُوْنَ اَنْتَ اللهُ الْخَالِقُ الْبَارِئُ الْمُصَوِّرُ لَكَ الْاَسْمَاَّءُ الْحُسْنٰى يُسَبِّحُ لَكَ مَا فِى السَّمٰوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَاَنْتَ الْعَزِيْزُ الْحَكِيْمُ اَنْتَ اللهُ لَااِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ الْكَبِيْرُ الْمُتَعَالِ وَالْكِبْرِيَاۗءُ رِدَآوُكَ۔
Antal laaho laa ilaaha illaa anta rabbul ‘aala-meena.
Antal laaho laa ilaaha illaa an-tar rahmaa-nur rahee-mo.
Antal laaho laa ilaaha illaa an-tal ‘aliyyul kabee-ro.
Antal laaho laa ilaaha illaa anta maleko yau-mid-deene.
Antal laaho laa ilaaha illaa an-tal gha-foo-rur rahee-mo.
Antal laaho laa ilaaha illaa an-tal ‘azee-zul hakee-mo.
Antal laaho laa ilaaha illaa anta minka bad-ul khalqe wa ilaiy-ka ya’oo-do antal laah-ul lazee laa ilaaha illaa anta lam ta-zal wa laa ta-zaalo.
Antal laa-hul lazee laa ilaaha illaa anta khaale-qul khaire wash-sharre antal laaho laa ilaaha illa anta khaale-qul jannate wan-naare.
Antal laaho laa ilaaha illaa antal aha-dus samado lam yalid wa lam yoolad wa lam ya-kun lahu kofo-wan aha-doon.
Antal laaho laa ilaaha illaa antal male-kul quddoo-sus salaa-mul mome-nul mo-haiy-me-nul ‘azee-zul jabbaa-rul mota-kabbe-ro subhaa-nal-laahe ‘ammaa yushre-koona.
Antal laahul khaale-qul baare-ul mo-sawwe-ro lakal asmaa-a-ul husnaa yo-sabbe-ho laka maa fis samaa-waate wal-arze wa antal ‘azee-zul hakee-mo antal laaho laa ilaaha illaa antal kabee-rul mota’aale wal-kibre-yaaa-o redaa-wok.
You are Allah; there is no god save You, the Lord of the Worlds. You are Allah; there is no god save You, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful. You are Allah; there is no god save You, the All-High, the All-great. You are Allah; there is no god save You, the Master of the Judgment Day. You are Allah; there is no god save You, the All-forgiving, the All-merciful. You are Allah; there is no god save You, the Almighty, the All-wise. You are Allah; there is no god save You, from You is the beginning of all things and to You do all things return. You are Allah; there is no god save You, You have been always existent and You will always be existent. You are Allah; there is no god save You, the Creator of good and evil. You are Allah; there is no god save You, the Creator of Paradise and Hell. You are Allah; there is no god save You, the One and the eternally besought of all. He begets not nor was begotten and there is none comparable to Him. You are Allah; there is no god save You, the King, the All-holy, the Giver of peace, the Granter of security, the Guardian over all, the Almighty, the Omnipotent, and the Grand. Glory be to Allah from what they set up with Him. You are Allah; the Creator, the Originator, and the Fashioner. Yours are the most excellent names. Whatever is in the heavens and the earth declares Your glory; and You are the Almighty, the All-wise. You are Allah; there is no god save You, the Great, the Most High. Grandeur is Your dress.
تو معبود ہے نہيں کوئی معبود مگر تو کہ جہانوں کا پروردگار ہے، تو معبود ہے نہيں کوئی معبود مگر تو کہ بڑے رحم والا مہربان ہے، تو معبود ہے نہيں کوئی معبود مگر تو کہ بلند تر و بزرگ تر ہے، تو معبود ہے نہيں کوئی معبود مگر تو قيامت کے دن کا مالک ہے، تو معبود ہے نہيں کوئی معبود مگر تو کہ مہربان پرده پوش ہے، تو معبود ہے نہيں کوئی معبود مگر تو کہ غلبے والا اور حکمت والاہے، تو معبود ہے نہيں کوئی معبود مگر تو کہ تجھ سے ہر چيز کی ابتدائ اور تيری ہی طرف بازگشت ہے، تو معبود ہے وه کہ نہيں کوئی معبود مگر تو کہ ہميشہ سے ہے ہميشہ رہے گا، تو وه معبود ہے کہ نہيں کوئی معبود مگر تو ہے جو خير و شر کا خالق ہے، تو معبود ہے نہيں کوئی معبود مگر تو ہے جو جنت و جہنم کاخالق ہے، تو معبود ہے نہيں کوئی معبود مگر تو جو يگانہ و بے نياز ہے جس نے نہ جنا اور نہ جنا گيا اور نہ کوئی اس کا ہم پلہ ہے، تو معبود ہے نہيں کوئی معبود مگر تو کہ بادشاه ہے پاک صفات سلامتی والا امن دينے والا نگہبان عزت والا زبر دست بڑائی والا الله پاک ہر اس چيز سے جسے اس کا شريک بناتے ہيں، تو معبود ہے جو پيدا کرنے والا سنوارنے والا صورت بنانے والا تيرے ليے اچھے اچھے نام ہيں تيری تسبيح کرتے ہيں جو آسمانوں اور زمین میں ہيں اور تو غلبے والا حکمت والا ہے، تو معبود ہے نہيں کوئی معبود مگر تو کہ بڑائی بلندی اور بزرگی تيرا لباس ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
