بلد الامین میں رسول اللهؐ سے روايت کی گئی ہے کہ جو شخص صبح کے وقت ۷ مرتبہ يہ دعا پڑھے تو وه اس دن کی بلائوں سے محفوظ رہے گا۔۔۔
فَاللهُ خَيْرٌ حٰفِظًا وَهُوَ اَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ۔
اِنَّ وَلِيِّيَ اللهُ الَّذِيْ نَزَّلَ الْكِتٰبَ وَهُوَ يَتَوَلَّى الصّٰلِحِيْنَ۔
فَاِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَقُلْ حَسْبِيَ اللهُ لَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْمِ۔
Fallaa-ho khairoon haafe-zan, wa howa ar-hamur raahe-meena.
Inna waliyyal laahul lazee nazza-lal ketaaba, wa howa yata-wallas saale-heena.
Fa-in tawallaw fa-qul hasbe-yal-laaho laaa ilaa-ha illaa howa, ‘alaiy-he tawakkal-to wa howa rabbul ‘ar-shil ‘azeem.
So Allah is the best Guardian, and He is the Most Merciful of the merciful. Indeed, my Protector (Wali) is Allah, who sent down the Book, and He takes care of the righteous. So if they turn away, then say: Allah is sufficient for me. There is no god but He. In Him I place my trust, and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne.
پس الله بہترين نگہبان ہے اور وه سب سے زياده رحم کرنے والا ہے، بے شک ميرا سر پرست الله ہے جس نے قرآن اتارا اور وه نيکوکاروں کا سرپرست ہے پھر اگر وه منہ موڑ ليں تو کہو ميرے ليے الله کافی ہے اس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہيں ميں اس پر بھر وسہ کرتا ہوں اور وه عرش عظيم کا مالک ہے۔
