Al-Tusi, Ibn Baabwayh, and others have reported through valid chains of authority that Imam Ali (a) said, “Whoever wishes that he leaves this worldly life as pure of sins as untainted gold and none will demand him to be sued for a wrongdoing, must recite 12 times after each of the five obligatory prayers the Chapter that describes Almighty Allah; namely, Surah Ikhlaas. ابن بابویہ(رح)، شیخ طوسی(رح)، اور دیگر علمائ نے معتبر اسناد کے ساتھ امیر المومنین سے روایت کی ہے کہ جو شخص یہ چاہتا ہے کہ وہ دنیا سے اس حال میں رخصت ہو کہ گناہوں سے اسطرح پاک ہو جیسے سونا کندن بنا ہوا ہو اور وہ یہ بھی چاہتا ہو کہ قیامت والے دن کوئی شخص اس سے ظلم کی دادخواہی نہ کرے تو اسے چاہیے کہ پنجگانہ نمازوں کے بعد سورۂ اخلاص بارہ مرتبہ پڑھے اورپھر اپنے ہاتھ آسمان کی طرف بلند کر کے درج ذیل دُعا پڑھے:اور حضرت نے فرمایا کہ یہ دعا ان پوشیدہ رازوں میں سے ہے کہ جسے رسول اللہ نے مجھے تعلیم دی اور مجھے حکم دیا کہ حسن(ع) اور حسین (ع) کو تعلیم دوں اور وہ دعا یہ ہے ۔۔۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنّىْ اَسْئَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الْمَكْنُوْنِ الْمَخْزُوْنِ الطَّاهِرِ الطُّهْرِ الْمُبَارَكِ وَاَسْئَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الْعَظِيْمِ وَسُلْطَانِكَ الْقَدِيْمِ يَاوَاهِبَ الْعَطَايَا وَيَامُطْلِقَ الْاُسَارٰى وَيَا فَكَّاكَ الرِّقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ۔
اَسْئَلُكَ اَنْ تُصَلِّىَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاَنْ تُعْتِقَ رَقَبَتِىْ مِنَ النَّارِ وَاَنْ تُخْرِجَنِىْ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا سَالِمًا وَّ اَنْ تُدْخِلَنِى الْجَنَّةَ آمِنًا وَّاَنْ تَجْعَلَ دُعَآئِىْ اَوَّلَهٗ فَلَاحًا وَّاَوْسَطَهٗ نَجَاحًا وَّآخِرَهٗ صَلَاحًا اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوْبِ۔
Allaahumma inny as'aluka bismika al-maknooni al-makhzooni at-taahiri at-tuhri al-mubaaraki wa-as'aluka bismika al-'azeemi wasultaanika al-qadeemi yaa waahiba al-'ataayaa wayaa mutliqa al-usaaraa wayaa fakkaaka ar-riqaabi mina an-naar.
As'aluka an tusalliya 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammadin wa-an tu'tiqa raqabatee mina an-naari wa-an tukhrijanee mina ad-dunyaa saaliman wa an tudkhilanee al-jannata aaminan wa-an taj'ala du'aa'ee awwalahoo falaahan wa-awsatahoo najaahan wa-aakhirahoo salaahan innaka anta 'allaamu al-ghuyoob.
O Allah, I beseech Thee in the name of Thy well-guarded, treasured, pure, chaste, and blessed name; and I beseech Thee in the name of Thy Great name, Thy Kingdom is eternal, O He who makes many generous presents, O He who sets slaves free, O He who loosens and unties the throttling ties around the neck in the fire of Hell. I beseech Thee (that) Thou send blessings on Muhammad and on the Children of Muhammad, and set my neck free from the burning inferno; make my exit from this world calm and peaceful, and my entry in Paradise safe and easy, settle my supplication (as under): Let the first be a total liberation, the middle a whole success, let the last be a beautiful order of lasting peace. Verily Thou art well aware of all that is hidden and invisible.
اے ﷲ! میں تیرے پوشیدہ، مخزون ،پاک اور پاک کرنے والے بابرکت نام کے ساتھ سوال کرتا ہوں اور تیرے بلند تر نام اور قدیم سلطنت کے واسطے سے سائل ہوں کہ اے انمول نعمتیں دینے والے ،اے قیدیوں کو رہائی عطا کرنے والے، اے بندوں کو جہنم سے نجات دینے والے! میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں کہ محمدؐ وآلؑ محمدؐ پر رحمت فرما اور میری گردن کو آگ سے آزاد کر دے اور مجھے دنیا سے سالم ایمان کے ساتھ لے جا ، اور امن وامان سے مجھے جنت میں داخل فرما اور میری دعا کے اول کوفلاح اور اوسط کو کامیابی اور آخر کو بہتری کا سبب بنا دے۔بے شک تو ہر غیب کوخوب جانتا ہے ۔

يَا فَكَّاكَ الرِّقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ اَسْئَلُكَ اَنْ تُصَلِّىَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَاَنْ تُعْتِقَ رَقَبَتِىْ مِنَ النَّارِ وَاَنْ تُخْرِجَنِىْ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا سَالِمًا وَتُدْخِلَنِى الْجَنَّةَ آمِنًا وَاَنْ تَجْعَلَ دُعَآئِىْ اَوَّلَهٗ فَلَاحًا وَاَوْسَطَهٗ نَجَاحًا وَآخِرَهٗ صَلَاحًا اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوْبِ۔
Yaa fakkaaka ar-riqaabi mina an-naari as'aluka an tusalliya 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammadin wa-an tu'tiqa raqabatee mina an-naari wa-an tukhrijanee mina ad-dunyaa saaliman watudkhilanee al-jannata aaminan wa-an taj'ala du'aa'ee awwalahoo falaahan wa-awsatahoo najaahan wa-aakhirahoo salaahan innaka anta 'allaamu al-ghuyoob.
O He who looses and unties the throttling ties around the neck in the fire of Hell. I beseech Thee (that) Thou send blessings on Muhammad and on the Children of Muhammad, and set my neck free from the burning inferno; make my exit from this world calm and peaceful, and my entry in Paradise safe and easy, settle my supplication (as under): Let the first be a total liberation, the middle a whole success, let the last be a beautiful order of lasting peace.
