Duas of Quranic Istekhaara-1

قرآن سے استخارہ کی دعا۔۱

1. Quoting the book of Da’awat by Khatib Mustaghfiri, Sayyid Ibn Tawus has reported the Holy Prophet (s) to have said: “When you want to seek a portent (tafa’ul) in the Book of Allah the Almighty and All-majestic, you may recite Surah Ikhlaas 3 times, invoke Allah’s blessings upon the Holy Prophet (s) and his Household 3 times, and say these words…

   سید ابن طاؤسؒ نے خطیب مستغفری کی کتاب ’’دعوات‘‘ اور اس نے رسول اﷲؐ سے نقل کیا ہے کہ آنحضرتؐ نے فرمایا: جب تم کتاب ﷲ (قرآن ) سے فال نکالنا چاہو تو ۳ مرتبہ سورۂ اخلاص پڑھو اور اس کے بعد محمدؐ و آل محمدؑ پر ۳ مرتبہ درود بھیجو اس کے بعد یہ کہو۔۔۔

2. اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ تَفَآءَّلْتُ بِكِتَابِكَ وَتَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَيْكَ فَاَرِنِىْ مِنْ كِتَابِكَ مَا هُوَ مَكْتُوْمٌ مِنْ سِرِّكَ الْمَكْنُوْنِ فِىْ غَيْبِكَ۔

   ALLAAHUMMA INNEE TAFAA''ALTU BIKITAABIKA WATAWAKKALTU 'ALAYKA FA-ARINEE MIN KITAABIKA MAA HUWA MAKTOOMUN MIN SIRRIKA AL-MAKNOONI FEE GHAYBIK.

   O Allah, I have taken an omen / seek guidance through Your Book and I have relied upon You so show me from Your Book what is concealed from Your hidden secret, preserved within Your unseen.

   اے معبود !میں تیری کتاب سے فال لے رہا ہوں تجھی پر میرا بھروسہ ہے پس مجھے اپنی کتاب میں سے وہ چیز دکھا جو پوشیدہ ہے تیرے چھپے ہوئے راز سے تیرے پردۂ غیب میں۔

3. You may then open a (complete) copy of the Holy Qur’an and take the portent from the first line on the first side (of the two pages) without counting the papers or the lines.”

   اس کے بعد قرآن جامع کہ جس میں تمام سورتیں اور آیتیں ہوں اسے ہاتھ میں لے کر کھولو پھر صفحہ و سطر شمار کیے بغیر داہنی طرف کے صفحہ کی پہلی سطر سے فال نکالو۔
