It is also important to exert all efforts in order to wake up before noon so as to perform the ritual ablution, go to the mosque, and offer there the 2 unit Greeting Prayer (Salat Tahiyyah). ظہر سے پہلے قیلولہ (دوپہر کا سونا) کر لیا جائے اور اس کے بعد نماز ظہر کی تیاری شروع کردی جائے۔ دو پہر کا سونا (قیلولہ) رات کی عبادت اور دن میں روزے کے لیے مفید ہے، اس بات کی کوشش کرے کہ ظہر کے وقت نیند سے بیدار ہوجائے اور وضو کر کے مسجد کی طرف چل پڑے۔ مسجد میں جاکر نماز تحیہ مسجد پڑھنا چاہیئے اگر نماز کا وقت نہیں ہوا تو اس کا انتظار کیا جائے اور مستحب ہے کہ نماز اس کے اول وقت میں ادا کی جائے۔ جب یقینی طور پر وقت زوال داخل ہو جائے تو ہر کام سے پہلے یہ دعا پڑھی جائے ۔ ایک روایت میں ہے کہ امام محمدباقرؑنے محمد بن مسلم سے فرمایا: اس دعا کی ایسے حفاظت کرو جیسے اپنی آنکھوں کی حفاظت کرتے ہو اگر یہ دعا پڑھنے تک وضو نہ کیا ہو تو اب جلدی سے وضو کر لیا جائے اور پھر اس طرح سے کہو۔۔۔
سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَلَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلهِ الَّذِىْ لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ صَاحِبَةً وَلَا وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهٗ شَرِيْكٌ فِى الْمُلْكِ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهٗ وَلِىٌّ مِنَ الذُّلِّ وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيْرًا۔
Subhaana allaahi walaa ilaaha illaa allaahu wal-hamdu lillaahi allazee lam yattakhiz saahibatan walaa waladan walam yakun lahoo shareekun fee al-mulki walam yakun lahoo waliyyun mina az-zulli wakabbirhu takbeeraa.
Glory be to Allah. There is no god but Allah. And all praise is for Allah He has not taken a consort nor a child; He has no partner in His dominion; and He has no protector out of weakness. So magnify Him with great magnificence.
