کلینیؒ اور ابن بابویہؒ نے صحیح و غیر صحیح اسناد کے ساتھ امام محمد باقرؑو امام جعفر صادقؑ سے روایت کی ہے کہ نماز واجبہ کے بعد کم سے کم دُعا جو کافی ہو سکتی ہے وہ یہ ہے۔ ابن بابویہؒ کی روایت کے مطابق یہ دُعايوں ہے۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَسْئَلُكَ مِنْ كُلِّ خَيْرٍ اَحَاطَ بِهٖ عِلْمُكَ وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَرٍّ اَحَاطَ بِهٖ عِلْمُكَ۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَسْئَلُكَ عَافِيَتَكَ فِىْ اُمُوْرِىْ كُلِّهَا وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ خِزْىِ الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَابِ الْآخِرَةِ۔
Allaahumma innee as'aluka min kulli khayrin ahaata bihee 'ilmuka wa-a'oozu bika min kulli sharrin ahaata bihee 'ilmuk.
Allaahumma innee as'aluka 'aafiyataka fee umooree kullihaa wa-a'oozu bika min khizyi ad-dunyaa wa'azaabi al-aakhirah.
O Allah, I ask You for every good that Your knowledge fully encompasses, and I seek refuge in You from every evil that Your knowledge fully encompasses. O Allah, I ask You for Your protection and well-being in all of my affairs, and I seek refuge in You from disgrace in this world and the punishment of the Hereafter.
اے معبود!درود بھیج محمدؐ وآل محمدؑ پر ۔ اے معبود! میں تجھ سے ہرخیر کا سوال کرتا ہوں جوتیرے علم کے احاطے میں ہے اور ہر شر سے تیری پناہ لیتا ہوں جو تیرے علم کے احاطے میں ہے اے معبود! میں اپنے تمام امور میں تجھ سے سہولت کاسوال کرتا ہوں اور دُنيا کی رسوائی اور آخرت کے عذاب سے تیری پناہ طلب کرتا ہوں۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
