آدھے سر کا درد

1. Put your hand on the ached half of your head and repeat the following supplicatory prayer 3 times…

   دردِ شقیقہ یا آدھے سر کے درد کے لئے درد کی جگہ پر ہاتھ رکھ کر تین مرتبہ یہ پڑھے۔۔۔

2. يَا ظَاهِرًا مَوْجُوْدًا وَيَا بَاطِنًا غَيْرَ مَفْقُوْدٍ اُرْدُدْ عَلٰى عَبْدِكَ الضَّعِيْفِ اَيَادِيَكَ الْجَمِيْلَةَ عِنْدَهٗ وَاَذْهِبْ عَنْهُ مَا بِهٖ مِنْ اَذًى اِنَّكَ رَحِيْمٌ قَدِيْرٌ۔

   YAA ZAAHIRAN MAWJOODAN WAYAA BAATINAN GHAYRA MAFQOODIN URDUD 'ALAA 'ABDIKA AD-DA'EEFI AYAADIYAKA AL-JAMEELATA 'INDAHOO WA-AZHIB 'ANHU MAA BIHEE MIN AZAN INNAKA RAHEEMUN QADEER.

   O Manifestly Existent, O never missing although immanent! Confer back Your excellent favors upon your weak servant and remove from him the harm from which he is suffering. Verily, You are All-merciful and Omnipotent.

   اے ظاہر میں موجود جو باطن میں بھی غائب نہیں اپنے ناتواں بندے کی طرف اپنی اچھی اچھی نعمتیں پلٹا دے اور اس سے ہر قسم کی تکلیف اور اذیت دور کر دے یقیناً تو مہربان قدرت والا ہے۔
