Not to Neglect this Dua

اس دعا کو ترک نہ کرے

1. According to a valid tradition, Imam Ali Ameer-ul-Momineen (a) is reported to have said, “A servant (of Allah) must not finish his prayer before beseeching Allah to grant him Paradise, save him from Hellfire, and give him in marriage the Paradisiacal women.” It is a strongly confirmed tradition to say the following supplicatory prayer upon the accomplishment of prayers…

   جيسا کہ امير المومنيؑن سے روايت ہے کہ جب کوئی بنده نماز سے فارغ ہو جائے تو خدا تعالیٰ سے بہشت کی دُعا کرے دوزخ سے خدا کی پناه مانگے اور حور العين کے ساتھ تزويج کی درخواست کرے۔ سنت ہے کہ جب نماز سے فارغ ہو جائے تو کہے۔۔۔

2. اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَاَجِرْنِىْ مِنَ النَّارِ وَاَدْخِلْنِى الْجَنَّةَ وَزَوِّجْنِى الْحُوْرَ الْعِيْنَ۔

   اے معبود! درود بھيج محمدؐ و آل محمدؑ پر اور مجھے جہنم کی آگ سے بچااور جنّت میں داخل فرما اور حورالعين سے ميری تزويج کر دے۔

   O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. Protect me from the Fire, admit me into Paradise, and grant me (in Paradise) the companionship / marriage of the hoor-ul-ain (the pure companions of Heaven).

   ALLAAHUMMA SALLE ‘ALAA MOHAMMADIW WA AALE MOHAMMADIN WA AJJIR-NEE MENAN NAARE WA AD-KHIL-NIL JANNATA WA ZAWWIJ-NIL HOORAL ‘AEEN.
