یونس ابن عبد الرحمان فرماتے ہیں: ایک مرتبہ میں نے امام رضاؑ سے معلوم کیا کہ اُن کی اور اُن کے والد کی انگوٹھی پر کیا لکھا ہوا ہے؟ امامؑ نے فرمایا: میری انگوٹھی پر یہ کلمات ہیں۔۔۔
مَا شَاءَ اللهُ لَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ۔
Maashaa allaaho laa quwwata illaa billaah.
It is whatever Allah wants, there is no power except the power of Allah.
وہی جو خدا چاہے، نہیں ہے کوئی طاقت سوائے اللہ سے۔
and the engraving on the ring of my father was…
اور میرے والد کی انگوٹھی پر یہ لکھا ہوا ہے۔۔۔
حَسْبِیَ اللہُ۔
Hasbe-yallaaho.
Allah suffices for me.
اللہ میرے لئے کافی ہے۔
