PLEASE NOTE: Be it clear that the reason for presenting Translation is to understand Salaat and to recite in Arabic with concentration because reciting Salaat other than Arabic language (or Transliteration) is not correct.
Sa’d ibn Sa’d Ashari says: When I asked Imam Reza (a) that how many rakats to be performed for the rituals of Friday before the sun crosses the meridian, he (a) replied: “Perform 6 rakats in the early morning and thereafter perform six more rakats and then again perform 6 rakats, to make a total of eighteen rakats. Then perform 2 rakats after noon (zawaal) and 2 rakats after asr. Thus there will be 22 rakats in all.”
سعد ابن سعد اشعری نے فرمایا: جب میں نے امام رضاؑ سے معلوم کیا جمعہ کے دن کتنی رکعت نماز ادا کروں؟ امام نے جواب میں فرمایا: ۶ رکعت صبح کے وقت، پھر اور ۶ رکعت ، پھر اور ۶ رکعت جو کل ملا کر ۱۸ رکعت ہوگی۔ پھر ظہر کے وقت ۲ رکعت اور عصر کے وقت ۲ رکعت پڑھے کہ کل ۲۲ رکعت ہوگی۔
