1. Sayed ibn Taaoos (r) narrates on the authority of Imam Reza (a) who on the authority of his honorable father (a) that he (a) said: One who recites the following verse (35:41) before going to bed, the roof of his house will never fall on him…

   سید ابن طاؤس روایت کرتے ہیں امام رضاؑ سے، اور وہ اپنے پدرِ بزرگوار سے کہ اُنہوں نے فرمایا: جو کوئی سونے سے پہلے آیت (۳۵:۴۱) کی تلاوت کرے تو اُس کے گھر کی چھت اُس پر نہیں گرے گی۔۔۔

2. اِنَّ اللهَ يُمْسِكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَ اَنْ تَزُوْلَا وَلَئِنْ زَالَتَآ اِنْ اَمْسَكَهُمَا مِنْ اَحَدٍ مِّنْۢ بَعْدِهٖٓ اِنَّهٗ كَانَ حَلِيْمًا غَفُوْرًا

   INNAL LAAHA YUMSIKUS SAMAAWAATI WAL ARDA AN TAZOOLAAA; WA LA’IN ZAALATAAA IN AMSA KAHUMAA MIN AHADIM MIM BA’DIH; INNAHOO KAANA HALEEMAN GHAFOORAA.

   Surely Allah upholds the heavens and the earth lest they come to naught; and if they should come to naught, there is none who can uphold them after Him; surely He is the Forbearing, the Forgiving.

   بےشک اللہ زمین و آسمان کو زائل ہونے سے روکے ہوئے ہے اور اس کے علاوہ دوسرا کوئی سنبھالنے والا ہوتا تو اب تک دونوں زائل ہو چکے ہوتے وہ بڑا بردبار اور بخشنے والا ہے۔
