طلب خیر کی دعا
Sayed Ibn Taaoos (r) narrates on the authority of Haroon Talakbari, who on the authority of Imam Reza (a) narrates that he (a) said: “I have heard from my honorable father Imam Moosa Ibn Ja’far (a) and who heard from his father Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq (a) that he (a) said: Whoever will recite this supplication, he will get that thing but it should be for a good purpose…
سید ابن طاؤس نے حارون تلکبری سے روایت کی ہے، اور وہ امام رضاؑ سے کہ امامؑ نے فرمایا: میں نے اپنے پدر بزرگوار امام موسی ابن جعفرؑ سے، جنہوں نے اپنے پدر بزرگوار امام جعفر صادقؑ سے کہ انہوں نے فرمایا: جو کوئی اس دعا کو پڑھے گا، تو اسے وہ چیز حاصل ہو گی جو وہ چاہتا ہے، مگر وہ چیز خیر کے لئے ہو۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنَّ خِيَرَتَكَ تُنِيْلُ الرَّغَآئِبَ وَتُـجْزِلُ الْمَوَاهِبَ وَتُطَيِّبُ الْمَكَاسِبَ وَتُغْنِمُ الْمَطَالِبَ وَتَهْدِيْ اِلٰى اَحْمَدِ الْعَوَاقِبِ وَتَقِيْ مِنْ مَـحْذُوْرِ النَّوَآئِبِ۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّيْ اَسْتَخِيْرُكَ فِيْـمَا عَقَدَ عَلَيْهِ رَاْيِيْ وَقَادَنِيْ اِلَيْهِ هَوَايَ فَاَسْاَلُكَ يَا رَبِّ اَنْ تُسَهِّلَ لِيْ مِنْ ذٰلِكَ مَا تَعَسَّرَ وَاَنْ تُعَجِّلَ مِنْ ذٰلِكَ مَا تَيَسَّرَ وَاَنْ تُعْطِيَنِيْ يَا رَبِّ الظَّفَرَ فِيْـمَا اَسْتَخِيْرُكَ فِيْهِ وَعَوْنًا بِالْاِنْعَامِ فِيْـمَا دَعَوْتُكَ وَاَنْ تَـجْعَلَ يَا رَبِّ بُعْدَهٗ قُرْبًا وَخَوْفَهٗ اَمْنًا وَمَـحْذُوْرَهٗ سِلْمًا فَاِنَّكَ تَعْلَمُ وَلَا اَعْلَمُ وَتَقْدِرُ وَلَا اَقْدِرُ وَاَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوْبِ۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنْ يَكُنْ هٰذَا الْاَمْرِ خَيْرًا لِيْ فِيْ عَاجِلِ الدُّنْيَا وَآجِلِ الْاٰخِرَةِ فَسَهِّلْهُ لِيْ وَيَسِّرْهُ عَلَيَّ وَاِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ فَاصْرِفْهُ عَنِّيْ وَاَقْدِرْ لِيْ فِيْهِ الْـخِيَرَةَ اِنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ۔
Allaahumma inna kheyarataka toneelur raghaa-eba wa tujzelul mawaaheba wa totayyebul makaaseba wa tughnemul mataaleba wa tahdee elaa ahmadil a’waaqebe wa taqee min mahzoorin nawaaa-eb.
Allaahumma innee astakheeroka feemaa a’qada a’layhe raa-yee wa qaadanee elayhe hawaaya faasaloka yaa rabbe an tosahhela lee min zaaleka maa ta-a’ssara wa an toa’jjela min zaaleka maa tayassara wa an to’teyanee yaa rabbiz zafara feemaa astakheeroka feehe wa a’wnan bil-in-a’ame feemaa da-a’wtoka wa an taj-a’la yaa rabbe bo’dahu qurban wa khawfahu amnan wa mah-zoorahu silman fa-innaka ta’lamo wa laa a-a’lamo wa taqdero wa laa aqdero wa anta a’llaamul ghoyoob.
Allaahumma in yakun haazal amre khayran lee fee a’ajelid dunyaa wa aajelil aakherate fasahhilho lee wa yassirho a’layya wa in lam yakun fas-rifho a’nnee wa aqdir lee feehil kheyarata innaka a’laa kulle shay-in qadeerun yaa arhamar raahemeen.
O Allah! My prayer for guidance from You with regard to the matter does make all desires accessible, grant abundant gifts, make easy the gains, make win the requests, guide to the most praiseworthy consequences, and guard from the harming calamities. O Allah! I pray You for guiding me to the best choice to what I am determined to do to which my passion has directed me. Then I ask You O my Lord! That You make it easy for me its difficulty, and O my Lord! Expedite its easiness, and grant me victory in guiding me to the best choice in it, and help with the reward in what I ask You, and O my Lord! Make Its remoteness imminent, and its fear security, and its fear safety, then surely You know while I do not know, and You have power while I do not, and You are the Knower of all unseen things. O Allah! If this affair has goodness for me for the transient world and everlasting hereafter then make it easy for me and simplify it upon me, and if it does not (have goodness) then keep it away from me, and plan for me goodness in it, surely You have power over all things, O most Merciful!
اے اللہ! تیری طرف سے بہترین انتخاب انسان کو اس کی خواہشیں عطا کرتا ہے، بڑی نعمتیں دیتا ہے، رزق و کمائی کو پاکیزہ بناتا ہے، مقاصد میں نفع و کامیابی دیتا ہے، انسان کو بہترین انجام کی طرف رہنمائی کرتا ہے، اور آنے والی مصیبتوں کے خطرات سے بچاتا ہے۔ اے اللہ! میں تجھ سے استخارہ کرتا ہوں اُس معاملے میں جس کے بارے میں میرا خیال پکا ہو چکا ہے اور جس کی طرف میری خواہش مجھے لے جا رہی ہے۔ پس اے میرے رب! میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں کہ: جو بات میرے لیے مشکل ہو گئی ہو اسے آسان کر دے، جو بات آسان ہو سکتی ہو اسے جلدی کر دے، اور جس معاملے میں میں تجھ سے خیر مانگ رہا ہوں اُس میں مجھے کامیابی (ظفر) عطا فرما، اور جس کے لیے میں نے دعا کی ہے اُس میں اپنی نعمت کے ساتھ مدد عطا فرما، اور اے میرے رب! اس کے بعد دوری کو قرب بنا دے، خوف کو امن بنا دے، اور جس چیز سے ڈر ہے اسے سلامتی بنا دے۔ کیونکہ تو جانتا ہے اور میں نہیں جانتا، تو قدرت رکھتا ہے اور میں قدرت نہیں رکھتا، اور تو غیب کو خوب جاننے والا ہے۔ اے اللہ! اگر یہ کام میرے لیے دنیا میں بھی اور آخرت میں بھی بہتر ہے تو اسے میرے لیے آسان کر دے اور مجھے اس پر چلا دے۔ اور اگر یہ میرے لیے بہتر نہیں ہے تو اسے مجھ سے دور کر دے، اور میرے لیے اس میں بہترین فیصلہ (بہترین انتخاب مقدر) فرما۔ بے شک تو ہر چیز پر قادر ہے، اے سب سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والے!
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
