While Leaving for Journey

دعا سفر کے لئے باہر نکلتے وقت

1. بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

   BISMI ALLAAHI AR-RAHMAANI AR-RAHEEM

   In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.

   اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

2. اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ وَعْثَآئِ السَّفَرِ وَكَآبَۃِ الْمُنْقَلَبِ وَسُوْٓئِ الْمَنْظَرِ فِی النَّفْسِ وَالْاَهْلِ وَالْمَالِ وَالْوَلَدِ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ اَنْتَ الصَّاحِبُ فِی السَّفَرِ وَالْحَافِظُ فِیْ الْحَضَرِ وَاَنْتَ الْخَلِیْفَۃُ فِی الْاَهْلِ وَلَا یَجْمَعُهَا غَیْرُكَ لِاَنَّ الْمُسْتَخْلِفَ لَا یَكُوْنُ مُسْتَصْحِبًا وَالْمُسْتَصْحَبُ لَا یَكُوْنُ مُسْتَخْلِفًا۔

   ALLAAHUMMA INNEE A'OOZU BIKA MIN WA'THAA'I AS-SAFARI WAKAABATI AL-MUNQALABI WASOO'I AL-MANZARI FEE AN-NAFSI WAL-AHLI WAL-MAALI WAL-WALAD. ALLAAHUMMA ANTA AS-SAAHIBU FEE AS-SAFARI WAL-HAAFIZU FEE AL-HADARI WA-ANTA AL-KHALEEFATU FEE AL-AHLI WALAA YAJMA'UHAA GHAYRUKA LI-ANNA AL-MUSTAKHLIFA LAA YAKOONU MUSTASHIBAN WAL-MUSTASHABU LAA YAKOONU MUSTAKHLIFAA.

   O Allah! I seek refuge from undergoing the hardships of travels, and from a sorrowful return, and from an evil sight in myself, my family, my wealth and my children. O Allah! You be the companion in the journey, the guardian at home, and the deputy in the family and both these things are found in nobody except You, because he who is left to guard the house cannot accompany, and he who is a companion cannot be expected to guard the house.

   بار خدایا! میں تجھ سے سختی سفر، زحمت بازگشت اور اہل و مال و اولاد کو بُری حالت میں دیکھنے سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں۔ خدا وندا! تو سفر میں میرا ہمراہی، حضر میں نگہبان اور خاندان میں میرا خلیفہ ہے، اور یہ دونوں باتیں (کہ شریک سفر و نگہبان عیال) تیرے سوا کسی میں یکجا نہیں ہو سکتیں، کیونکہ جسے بطور نگران گھر پر چھوڑ دیا جائے وہ ہمراہ اور جو ہمراہ ہو وہ خلیفہ نہیں ہو سکتا۔

3. اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔

   ALLAAHUMMA SALLI 'ALAA MUHAMMADIN WA-AALI MUHAMMAD.

   O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.

   اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
