While sneezing

چھینک آنے کے وقت

1. بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

   BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM

   In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.

   اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

2. اَلْحَمْدُ لِلهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِیْنَ، وَصَلَّی اللهُ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِهٖ عَبْدًا ذَاكِرًا لِلهِ، غَیْرَ مُسْتَنْكِفٍ وَلَا مُسْتَكْبِرٍ۔

   AL-HAMDO LILLAAHE RABBIL A’A-LAMEENA, WA SALLAL LAAHO A’LAA MOHAMMADIW WA AALE-HI A’BDAN ZAAKE-RAN LILLAAHE, GHAIRA MUSTAN-KEFIN WA LAA MUSTAK-BERIN.

   All praises be for Allah, the Lord of the worlds, and may Allah bless Mohammad and his Progeny, while we are his servants whom remember Him, without being ignorant or arrogant.

   تمام تعریفیں اللہ ہی کے لیے ہیں جو تمام جہانوں کا پروردگار ہے، اور اللہ کی رحمتیں نازل ہوں محمدؐ اور ان کی آلؑ پر، اس حال میں کہ وہ اللہ کو یاد کرنے والے بندے ہیں، نہ انکار کرنے والے، نہ سرکشی اور تکبر کرنے والے۔

3. اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔

   ALLAHUMMA SWALLE ALAA MUHAMMADIW WA AALE MUHAMMADIN

   Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.

   اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
