امام رضاؑ فرماتے ہیں: اللہ تعالی نے اپنا نام خود چُنا ہے دوسروں کے لئے، تا کہ وہ لوگ اُن ناموں سے اُسے پکار سکیں۔ جو پہلا نام اُس نے اپنے لئے چُنا تھا وہ "یا علیُ یا عظیم" ہے، اس لئے کہ وہ ہر شئے سے اوپر ہے۔ امام رضاؑ سے روایت ہے: جو کوئی خلوصِ نیت سے یہ ۲ ذکر کو پڑھنے کی عادت بنا لے گا، تو وہ عزت و وقار والا ہو گا۔۔۔
